This was my second time going there each time I spoke and smiled. He never speaks back, almost as if he doesn’t even wanna acknowledge you’re there. He refused to scan my package and take it. I thought that was the whole point of the business. The first time it was his wife who took the package and did it but the second time I came and showed him the barcode and he said no-so I guess he just doesn’t like my business-so I will never go back

Customer service is horrible the man hangs up on you curses you and treats you really bad. He speaks little English and he will let you spend your money first then he will be very rude even when questions are simple save your time and money and go somewhere else. Their Penske service is horrible.

The Package Place is close to my house. They can take care of any package and shipping needs that I have. Packages are picked up for mailing daily from their business. There is no need to go to the Post Office and wait in long lines for service.

Wonderful package store. I use them for shipping as well as their iPostal1 service. They have been GREAT to deal with. I am now in my second year of regular business with them. Not a single complaint. Excellent customer service with tremendous patience for my (often) long list of questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Owner is rude and argumentative to paying customers. I asked to use a free envelope inside of one I was paying for & instead of just saying no the owner smuggly told me to go to the post office. Very rude for no reason.

A great store in Owings Mills with friendly staff. They offer a wide variety of services including passport photos, a notary public, downloading and copying documents, and scaled postage mailing. They provided me with friendly, professional information and assistance for my personal needs in sending my Maryland State professional license renewal. All for a nominal fee! Thanks ? I recommend this business to anyone who needs parcel or postal services!

Used to drop my amazon returns in this place and don’t have any issues. Didn't know they have notary service until recently. Transaction was fast, good service and cheaper than UPS notary.

Horrible place to deal with, over 3 weeks for a reply, high charges, avoid. Poor customer service, if you're buying from an auction BEWARE.
