Terrible sewing. It's not the first time I have had velcro sewn on a hat. The sewing is not clean. They stiched the inside lip to the hat in one corner. If this is acceptable to them, I'll go elsewhere. There are too many other cleaners that can have my business. I do not recommend.

I'd recommend that you select another cleaners. I dropped my clothes off at the Olde Mill cleaners. I picked them up and put on a pair of pants and it smelled like mildew. I took them back to the cleaners the following morning the owner said he would re clean them. I picked them up Friday evening and got prepared to attend an event. Again it smelt like mildew. I went back to the cleaners and requested my money back. The owner said he has NEVER given anyone money back and he wasn't going to now. I had to call the police for a report so I can take them to court. Stay clear of this cleaners.

I have uniforms dry cleaned there every two weeks I use them for my suits and any alterations I need done clothes or curtains 7+ years I have never had an issue highly recommended

I've been using this cleaners for years. I also use them for alterations and they have never failed me. My clothes are clean (great stain removal) and we'll cared for. Never lost or damaged an item. Good customer service and cleaned on time and as promised.

Great quality job, reasonable place and also great customer service. I have always been sarisfied with services (Both cleaning and tailoring). I was able to get my wedding dress done here and it was perfect and I got so many compliments on my wedding day! I totally recommend this place and 100% will visit again!!Service: Alterations

I had a bad experience here.
I brought one white shirt to be cleaned on Monday and they told be to pick up on Wednesday. When I came to get the shirt, on it was yellow stains that wasn't before, then they said to come on Thursday, again the stains was cleaned but other appeared.
So finally I picked up on Friday and still had the small stains, the lady charged me and said that next time they will clean better. No customers service at all and when they make mistakes they are not apologizing for, however customer still being charged full price for such a horrible service.
Never cleaning here again.

WORST CLEANERS EVER!!!!! Gave 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option! Took my son's brand new Tommy Hilfiger polo to them. There was a little stain on the collar and I asked them to do their best to remove. I picked it up the next day and when my son put it on, the collar was RIPPED exactly where the stain was. I'm not talking a little hole, I'm talking shredded. My husband took it back to them and they denied any wrongdoing and were very nasty and unprofessional. They refused to refund, replace or offer any solution. I will NEVER use them again and will continue to tell all my friends and family how horrible they are!!! Rip off too!

If I could give a zero star I would. I allowed this cleaners to service my ugg boots that I purchased in December.Long story short...my $180 boots look like they are a year old. I took them in because they had a water stain on them from washing dishes in them my hands leaked water on them and the water stain stayed visible. That stain was still present. He charged me $40 full price my fur was coming out on the sides. He offered to send them back to the place that damaged them and had the boots for over a week. He handed me the bag closed he knew they looked bad. I opened it and was livid! Do not use this place. The customer service was horrible on top of the damage done to my shoes. I would sue them if I would of taken a before picture. I would sue them but it’s not worth my energy...expensive lesson learned.Horrible service. Horrible.

Do not get alterations done here. I paid for a zipper replacement. Two months later it cracked and broke and he refused to fix it, and tried to tell me that I did something to make it break , even tho the work is supposedly guaranteed. They use cheap replacement materials that do not hold up. Further, the owner was immediately hostile, with no attempt at customer service.

Awesome job, never an issue. Take shirts and suits in twice a month for three years. Always prompt, courteous and do what's right.

Very professional and they do great work. I recently lost weight and took some garments in to be altered. They finished quick and the price was reasonable! I will def be back.
