Stay away from this dealership. This is the one of the worst BMW dealers I've come across. The management is very unmotivated to sell cars and they don't want to even negotiate or come to a mutual agreement on the price. They won't even let you take a solo test drive either on regular models, which most other BMW stores do without a problem. They have a "take it or leave it" philosophy. Came in to look at a BMW 540i a few months back. When I expressed interest in an X6 M60i, they immediately said you're not getting a discount, have a nice day! Later that week I found a few X6 M60i offers with good discounts. A few months later my friend wanted to look at an M340i model to replace his Charger. He lives really close, so he decided we should stop there first, which I told him wasn't the best idea, and he now knows why. They did the same for my friend and the M340i. Quoted him $2000 off MSRP, and said they aren't going to budge at all. Same day, he found much better deals on the same car at a few other stores. Their managers also need some knowledge training on their own models, when they start arguing and telling you the new 550e is a V8 and will be over 90K, you know it's time to look elsewhere. No need to be so arrogant and disinterested in learning about your own products. Also, It just seems like they are doing you such a great favor that they are even talking to you. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I called their service department regarding my preowned BMW that I had purchased. Derrick was very helpful and walked me through my vehicle's service history and answered my questions on upcoming services. Top notch in my book. BTW, I called another dealership in the area and they were not as helpful. I know where I'm taking my car for service! Keep up the great work!

Exceptional service!!!! No pressure and easy process!Karen was super helpful and made the whole process a breeze. It was the best car-buying experience I've ever had! I told her I was in a bit of a time crunch because I needed to get to the hospital to be with my mom, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and stress-free. I've bought cars from a bunch of different dealerships in Maryland, and I've never experienced customer service like this before! Shoutout to Jesse in Finance as well!. He negotiated a comfortable rate for me! He also made the process smooth and stress free. He did not hassle us to buy unnecessary products. I greatly appreciate this team!!!

I purchased a car from this dealership 4 years ago. I didn't realize until this year that I was missing a few manuals from the initial purchase, for whatever reason. Absolutely one of the worst dealerships ever. Scammed us with a recent purchase of a BMW 750i by claiming it’s in perfect condition before making an 8 hour drive to them and just to find out they lied to us about the condition and the rear bumper was touched up by some cheap people they hired, they don’t even have the decency to help us out by offering to pay for the repair and getting the bumper repaired by professional companies. I am disgusted with how my purchase went and I will never recommend that anyone goes here ever!!!!

I went to the Owings Mills BMW certified pre-owned and spoke to Latrelle Wedlock to get information before making a purchase. He was thorough with his explanations and patient with my questions to compare BMW to other vehicles. He did not rush me and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service skills matter. Karen Anderson and her team are the best at what they do. Being in sales, I never felt one time ever pressured or questioning my decision. End of the day, it is all about results and customer care and this is what Karen, Marshall Fallon & Imran pride themselves on. My recent '24 540 purchase is the best auto transaction that I have ever encountered. 3-3 is rare in today's automotive market place when it comes to the new buy being heavily discounted on a high end model, not being negative with the trade and then the interest rate. Win-Win I have never said I love a car, but I am saying this now! Thanks, Team BMWOOM!
