We Just Moved Near This Location & Was Referred Here My Boyfriend & I Loved It My Dog Was Calm & Didn’t Need Much Got His Nails Trimmed & It Went Great The Vet Was Very Gentle Caring & Showed A Great Interest In Getting To Familiarize Himself With Our Fur Baby Which We Loved ! We Will Be Returning

Dr. Taylor and all of the staff at Northwest Animal Hospital are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They provide excellent information about caring for our pets and their prices are very reasonable. I’ve been taking our cats there for 18 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Usually bring my dog here for his shots and exams, usually is ok with customer service. I showered up as a “walk in” now if they don’t accept walk ins that is ok and the policy but I went to the door knocked and was ignored for several minutes! Receptionist didn’t even look my way and I know she heard me! It reads to dial a number on the door but it’s always busy! But the fact that she didn’t even look my way and ignored me shows that I don’t need to bring my dog back here! Take yall fur baby’s and business to Main Street vet up the road! Totally different experience

After visiting two other doctors, NW was the only office that truly helped my puppy. We scheduled a last-minute appointment, and they took their time examining her without making us feel rushed. She had been suffering from recurring ear infections, but I saw improvement within hours of our visit, and her health has been better ever since. The doctor explained her ongoing health issues in clear, understandable terms. I mentioned I was on a budget, and they didn’t pressure me but worked with me to ensure Chanel received the necessary care. I left with a better understanding of my puppy’s health and how to help her. We’ve found our new vet home!

Dr. Crowl & Dr. Taylor have been my veterinarians for years. Both doctors are extremely passionate animal advocates which show in the quality of care my pets receive. Northwest Animal Hospital is very welcoming, the facility is always neat, clean and totally pet friendly. When my pets are not feeling their best, the team at Northwest Animal Hospital work together to provide the best medical care. I am confident that my furry babies are in good hands!!?

I just moved my cats from a trusted veterinarian for decades to Northwest Animal Hospital after one of my newest cats demonstrated a scary dislike of travelling with howling and more worrisome, panting throughout the car ride. I was so pleased to meet Dr. Crowl after a friend's recommendation. He was kind, thorough and so much less expensive than what I have been paying for required vaccinations and well cat checkups. Thank you, Oreo and Cookie have found a new home!

North West Animal Hospital and Dr. Crowl along with his team are the best. We have been taking our cat Riley there for years and would not trust her with anyone else. For routine checkups or non routine issues you can tell they genuinely care about your pet. Never encountered a long wait like some other Animal Hospitals.

For close to 30 years I have been bringing my lovely dogs and cats to Drs Taylor and Crowell. They are brilliant, caring, and well respected by other vets. The cadre of support staff from techs to office staff are all focused on excellence. The few surgeries that have been performed have demonstrated a high level of skill-like you wish your human doctor was this good. These vets will instantly connect to your pet and provide great care over an entire lifespan. My pets have been very lucky to be in their care.
