So I just wish there was more organization. This Bank is too big and support too many to operate with such disorganization. Let’s just say I had a 10:00am appt today and got pushed to the back. Got there at 9:45 signed in on paper and electronically to have to tell them at 10:20 I had to leave. They wanted me to wait after they just sat 2 customers. That’s really not good. Please fix that!

Do NOT BANK HERE. Any credit union would be better but this specific location takes FOREVER. They only ever have two tellers for non drive thru customers. Every time I comein here I wait at least 20 minutes sometimes 30 with only 2-4 people in front of me. Today I waited 40 minutes with only 4 people in front of me.It is ridiculous they move so slowly just for a simple deposit/withdrawal. I have first financial within walking distance so I’m going to close my account and just use my fffcu account. They are so much faster, have no monthly charges, no fees for checks and give back rewards for keeping money in your checking and savings account. The tellers are nicer and quicker even with 10 people in line. Time is money, you are literally losing money by banking her

First time in this branch for a deposit, waiting in line for a customer ahead of me, single teller at the window. After waiting about 8 minutes a gentleman comes in behind me. One of the other bankers comes out of her office to help him out, although he was clearly in there after me. When I finally get up to the teller I ask him why he thinks it is that the gentleman behind me got helped and I was overlooked. He writes down on a sheet of paper "7M" to indicate to me that this individual who came in after me has a higher priority because he has $7M in the bank. I told him that doesn't have anything to do with the fact that I should have been seen next. Pretty insulting. Interestingly, 15 minutes later I went to a different bank to do a deposit and encountered the exact same scenario, 1 customer ahead of me, 1 teller at the window.. guy walks in behind me and waits in line. There, however, one of the bankers leaves her office and comes over to me (not the guy behind me) to ask what service I need. My advice: steer clear of this branch if you don't have at least a million dollars on deposit.

Friday afternoon waited over 30 minutes to make a deposit.. There was only 1 teller. There was 7 customers in line.. horrible service

Absolutely the worst! The drive-thru wait times are astonishingly long. It’s like going to the post office. Just horrible!

The drive thru is just god awful. Poorly trained / lack of leadership. Moving to Chase I am tired of it.

Michelle Sampson was awesome BUT I am furious. I have been here two times this week and had to wait almost an hour to get help. This is inexcusable! How can they run a business and expect people to wait for an hour? Terrible.

Tried to make a deposit in the bank and doors were locked at 4:15pm and drive-up tellers were closed too.

Megan (didn't get her last name) was extremely friendly, helpful, personable, and informative. I came in to meet my father who is in a nursing home and having a hard time. We had an appointment set to help get his finances in order. The appointment ended up having to be rescheduled because his caregiver took him to the wrong branch and it became time to close. Even though that happened Megan was very professional and patient in a rough situation. She definitely represents M and T well and is a great brand ambassador!-Blaine Boone

I have been a loyal customer of M&T for many years. In addition, I had been with Provident bank all my life. I called the Owings Mills Bank to cash/deposit a savings bond. I was told that it could not be cashed at the drive thru. I told the lady that I had a problem walking, and too many unmasked people in the bank. This is a transaction that can be done easily. I was registered with the SEC for many years. M&T should practice customer service. Poor decisions and management is the procuring cause of many banks closing.

Why does it take 3-4 minutes after you pull up and send the carrier = to even get acknowledged? Also they need a lesson on costumer service.
