Very professional, super friendly, and even went above and beyond to troubleshoot any problems I was having. They were very careful with all of my things and nothing was damaged. 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be using them for future moves!

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I can’t stress this enough. The movers damaged the walls of my home and some of my furniture. Items were poorly packed and mishandled. I have contacted the company about the damages done and they have pretty much said that my home owners insurance should pay for the damage. I spoke to Gregg who only gave information about claims for the furniture and not my home damage. After calling around I got in touch with Rachel who was giving me the run around and not trying to rectify the situation. I was told to provide an estimate for the repairs after going back and forth with them. I did exactly that as we had our contractor come in and repair the wall because we were having our new tenants move in two weeks. Rachel basically said that the company invoice I sent was not legitimate and that the company did not exist…(smh) and that we should have gotten 3 estimates from other companies. Keep in mind we’ve been using this company for about 10 years. Basically saying anything to avoid paying for the damages. If you are looking for movers AVOID this one at all cost. I wish I would have read the reviews before using this company. Hopefully, I can help someone else to not make the same mistake I did.

I can't say enough about how wonderful Move In USA made my move, and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest them to anybody seeking a moving company that values customer service. Move In USA is a trustworthy company.

Moved with the company agreed to one amount before delivery men started the move after the move was informed of an additional $600 I’d owe I will ended up paying over 1400$ to move a 2 bedroom apt I will never use this company again
To add insult to injury they broke my 65inch curved tv & damaged most of my furniture

Professional, calm, collected, and best of all - real! They kept a smile on their face the entire time. Hardworking and exude. My move wasn't the easiest but the guys just rolled with it and didn't complain at all.

Move In USA were phenomenal! They worked hard the entire time, and they moved my wife and me out of our high-rise apartment in under three-hours!! I highly recommend them, and I will be using them again in the future!

They responded to my quote request promptly and were easily reachable for questions. On moving day, the crew showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently and did not waste any time. I was so impressed by their strength and speed. Overall I also felt that their rates were quite reasonable compared to other companies.

In the past instances I’ve used moving companies, they’ve always been hard to work with. The team itself was generally standoffish, and were just unpleasant to deal with. Move In USA had none of those issues however! The team was friendly and on time, with outstanding proficiency. My items were packed and ready to be moved in a little over an hour. I’ll certainly be recommending them!

Great experience! Very professional and hardworking. Received a confirmation call the day before the move, showed up right on time, and worked really hard. All furniture was protected and set up exactly like we wanted it at the new home. Will definitely use this company for any future moves.
