Reza Ghane was an incredible guy to work with! Very attentive to the details I requested for the vehicle and also kept me informed every step of the way during the custom build. Overall wonderful experience! I unexpectedly had to replace my vehicle and so happy I went here to see Lucy. She was so helpful and receptive to the options I was looking for, while keeping my budget in mind. I found the perfect car for me and was truly a painless experience. Everyone was so friendly (this is not common at all dealerships!!) and the process was so seamless and stress-free. Would definitely purchase from here again and go see Lucy!

This is a terrible horrific customer service. I came into the dealership and stated that I was having a problem with my dashboard blinking. Told me it was my harness that the engine harness had oil in it and if I changed it would fix the problem. They charged me $7000 it is still not fixed. This is the eighth time my car has been in their service charge me additional $3000 for a check battery light that they said they could fix it is still not fixed I paid a total of roughly $10,000. My car is still not fixed , the manager Tim has the audacity to tell me he will not let me another rental car because I put too much mileage on it. I’m using my vehicle for work and they took my money and cannot fix my car. I feel discriminated against and highly disrespectful. If they cannot fix my truck, just give me back my money They are liars and manipulators. I have not had my car for months now. Every time I go to pick it up before I can get on the highway the same issues occur. They have the audacity to tell me it only comes on when I drive it not when they drive it really. I’m just making this up to constantly drive over to see them again they are terrible. I had five days to steer clear.

Ms. Stephanie Smith worked with me very professionally. I was a walk-in client. She immediately provided me with the services I needed in order to get me back on the road. The time frame, from start to finish, was surprisingly finished fast. Kudos to the mechanics as well.

“Reza!! He’s the absolute best ?salesman Ever!! I inquired about a vehicle online, the next day Reza contacted me regarding the vehicle. Reza FaceTime me and did a complete walk through with this vehicle ASAP! He answered ALL questions and emailed me the CARFAX report and explained the services that was performed on the vehicle. So far, im very pleased with this place. I bought a problem to them, that I have with another car dealer and right away, they offered a temporary remedy to my situation, until they could get it into service. Where as the dealer where I actually purchased the car, were the worse ever!!

This is my second time buying cars from Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills. My car sales consultant was Theo. He is very professional and passionate about the cars he sells. He knows every feature about the car. He even recommended a great license plate mount for the front plate. Theo is the representation of what a car salesman should be and I hope he stays around for a while, because I would never purchase a car from anyone else. I had some questions after purchase and I never felt like I was a bother. I would recommend that the manager show this man some love and recognize him for his dedication and love for his job. I definitely recommend coming here for you car buying needs and hope to be back in the future.

Brought my car in for service, was told it would be 3 day took 5 weeks . Worst service I ever had while repairing one job tech broke something else. Once I received car back the left bird poop sit on car for 30 days and now have etching in paint will never go back again .

This was an exceptional car buying experience. The entire car purchase was met with welcoming hospitality and exemplary professionalism. Upon arrival my selected car was prepared for test drive. At completion; I was promptly assisted through the finance process. The process was so expeditious that I’m still processing that I currently own my dream car. Tony and Theo were the dynamic duo responsible for this seamless transaction. Theo also was extremely knowledgeable and was well prepared with answers to every question and, or additional information requested. Needless to say this will be my go-to dealer location going forward. Awesome team!

All I have to say is Lucy is & was absolutely amazing!!! This was the most relaxed I have ever felt at a dealership. How Lucy & Tony (Sales Manager) work together to bring you at ease because you know that they are going to get you the best deal possible. This whole process of trying to find a new vehicle literally brought me to tears, but Lucy was so patient, understanding, compassionate that my tears quickly turned into a smile. If you ever had a bad experience at a dealership, then don’t bother with those other dealerships & just go see Lucy at Mercedes Benz Owings Mills for a most peaceful experience.
