The mattress delivered to me was not what I expected but unfortunately, for them to exchange the mattress to what I want I have to pay an additional $249.00 plus the cost of the new mattress that I need. I made a mistake when I stopped by their store in Owings mill. My first time of buying a mattress from Mattress Firm. I will never recommend them to any one buying a mattress. I just threw away $433.88.

My experience at the Owings Mills Mattress Firm was another great experience. This time my daughter and I worked with Aaron Wahhab. He was very patient and explained everything with every bed that I was interested in and what came with it. Aaron is very good at what he does. Great customer service I would definitely recommend him for your bed needs.

I would have rated a 0 but i couldn't write a post. The worst experience every with Aaron. His customer service was a zero with our phone conversation.
I was trying to explain to him I received the wrong mattress, he was my salesperson, and he kept telling me I didn't. I kept say this is not what I ordered. Finally, I said, "I'm not going back and fourth with you". I then asked, "What is the return policy", and he said as I told you. I wasn't what he said it was HOW he said it. I said this conversation is getting aggressive and he kept talking. I then ask for his district manager info and he said he doesnt have to giving me that information.
I was very disappointed and unhappy with the service I received. I'm going to return the mattress and pay whatever I have to pay. Customer service is very important to having returning customers. If you don't have customers return and recommend your establishment you will lose business. #mattressfirm

Very personable and listened to my concerns and even made sensible suggestions based on the information I gave him.
