My visit started out great with Maria. I tried on a few dresses, and she was going to order them in my size. She asked for a $350.00 deposit of which she told me, my girlfriend and my husband that it was TOTALLY refundable. She even suggested that I go and look at other dresses at other stores. Well, I found another dress somewhere else, and I called her to ask for my money back. Not only did she call me a liar, but she hung up on me as well as my girlfriend.She even had me write the check to Maria Sansbury just in case I she was to give me my money back. After numerous phone calls, and sending her certified letters, which were returned unopened, I have no other way of dealing with this then to write on yelp, and get in touch with the better business bureau. I will NEVER shop there again, and I'm hoping after you read this you won't either!!!
