This morning we had to cancel an order that was placed the day before because Nylah (customer service manager) at Lowe's at Owings mills gave us the WORST experience! She runs the customer service dept. She refused to help us! When my husband asked to speak with her higher up she said she was the manager. Of course my husband looked for the ACTUAL manager and found the assistant manager sales rep and was shocked when my husband told her how he'd been treated by NYLAH. $300 worth of materials CANCELLED! If you're not going to help people STOP WORKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS LOWES HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE take your money elsewhere or even the TIMONIUM LOWES! They are friendly and very well staffed!

I called prior to arriving looking For carpet cleaning machine rental and was told there were plenty. I got there and had to wait for 20 mins to be seen (literally only one person ahead of me) only to be told none of the machines were clean. Also their mice problem is noticeable. Live christmas trees not available. We went to home depot, got the machine and our christmas tree in the same amount of time it took for me to wait at Lowes customer service.

Annnnnd there baaaaack!! Love to see the stores decked out in all of the latest holiday decor. Halloween & Christmas have now been lumped together but folks don’t seem to mind. This location is always neat, clean & well stocked. Employees were super helpful and I got succulents on sale for half price. I’m determined to make sure they don’t die.

Lowe's is a clean and well stocked home store. I find some pretty good deals here, and they offer a discount for using their cc. However, not a five because I have to shop carefully compared to other home stores. I think I got a good deal on a dishwasher and a lawnmower. Shop the specials, and you'll do well here. Most folks are helpful, but once a worker was condescending. I'm a DIY guy for small tasks, and he knew more than me. He might have been having a bad day.

I can't complain about their inventory because I only go to Lowes when what I'm looking for is online and the aisle and bay information is displayed before I go into the store; however I must say self checkout is a blessing and a curse. The sales/customer service people are watching you so hard its uncomfortable. Instead of having 5 customer service people standing by self checkout watching the customer put someone on the register so the customer would have a choice. This one women came from behind me walked back and forth watching me like a vulture then had the nerve to say thanks for coming when I was leaving.

This is a review of this location's blind cutting and installation services. We recently purchased a set of ten standard blinds in which three of them were cut incorrectly by the store and therefore unable to be installed, which we discovered on installation day. The attention to detail was severely lacking when cutting these blinds. It has now been three weeks and we are unable to get a straight answer for when the new blinds will be cut and when the installer will complete the job. The customer service has been less than helpful and was requesting we spend even more of our time to drive out to the store again and pickup the new blinds. We recommend choosing a different store for your drapery needs.

Came in to sign up for their credit card but the options not to run social security card and instead run the tax ID # was major problems. In the end the machines were down smh. Left empty-handed. But the 2 ladies were friendly helping us they did their job and tried to help.

If you are looking for a hardware store, you found it. Well-organized, and certainly worth the price of admission. The signage is clear and really hammers home the prices and deals of the various material. The employees nail item locations quickly and accurately and even looking up items through their aisle storage system is nothing to screw around with. One of the cleanest stores you ever sawhorse. I come in board, leave floored, and with the impression that everything is on the level. I don't know how hard it is to be a fan here, but from the lighting to the ladders even a real knob can find the parts they need. So lumber on in and rake in the experience. Seriously, don't be a sod. From stones to seeds to the plants your Grandma only wishes she had - come to Lowes - and don't miss your window. They also sell tools.

During a major area-wide power outage, I ordered a generator online at 4:00 AM on 8/8/23. When I arrived at the store at 6:30 AM, I explained that I had not yet received my "order ready" email, but I was without electricity and just wanted to pick up the generator myself. The clerk said it was not ready yet, so I repeated that I knew that, and I just wanted to pick it up myself. She had no idea what to do, so she walked away to get her supervisor. The nasty and cold supervisor came over and said it was not ready yet. I repeated for the 3rd time that I knew that and just wanted to pick it up myself, explaining again that I was without electricity. Neither employee offered any assistance , nor called anyone to help me, and even pointed me the wrong part of the store to go get it myself. There weren't any down, so I wondered the store to find someone to help me (finally found a nice young man who was the ONLY employee who did anything to help me). When I finally took the generator up to the desk, the nasty supervisor scanned it, and then just stared at me. Finally, she said, "You can go now". No "Thank you", and no offer to get someone to help me lift this 175 lb $800.00 generator into my SUV. I normally like the Westminster, MD Lowes and I spend a lot of money there, but this Owings Mills, MD store was a HORRIBLE experience.

I hope the manager of this store actually reads this to understand that shopping here during the day employees are helpful and seem to try. In the evening I came to purchase an appliance 2 hours before you close, no one working the department, no one came after paging, person at service desk was to preoccupied on his phone to help and all but one employee I saw was working and tried to at least direct me to the useless service counter. All others were to busy either on phones or in groups talking.Look for my video later of 20 minutes of waiting at lazy lowes. I’ll spend my money elsewhere. To the “manager”, if it’s your job to increase sales, you are a complete failure. If a store culture of laziness, incompetence and indifference is your goal, congratulations you’re the champ!

This store is horrible. Nothing on the selves are priced right. I tried to buy cushions for my patio furniture. On the self it said it was on clearance for $16. But when scanned it was $50. Manager would not honor advertised price. Storage containers price on self stated $10. When we got to the register containers were $30. Nothing was priced correctly, and the workers never seem to have answers for any questions pertaining to items in the store. I will never spend another dollar in lowes!
