If I could give 10 ?, I would. Sara is awesome. I love her energy. Please pass? some of it on to me. Isreal is cool. He is laid back. I like his vibe. Thanks to Elyia for assisting she is awesome. Their customer service is out of this world ?. They greet you by your name which makes each visit personal. They are the perfect example of what customer service is supposed to be. I had an absolutely lovely experience with Sarah, she helped me after I sprained my ankle. She never judged my abilities or goals, and was extremely competent to say the least. I would highly recommend this office!

There are so many PT practices that advertise the world and give you the equivalent of a town in Madagascar. Are you looking for actual professionalism? Personalized care for every nuance of your condition? I was and I found it here.The thing is, Audra and her team have no preconceived notions of who you are when you walk through the door. The initial examination is thorough and respectful.What I value the most is the clear communication. Questions are welcome.Sometimes, I go home and feel more sore than usual. The next appointment, my pain is considered and the treatment is adapted to accommodate the way I am feeling.Honestly, I felt pretty pessimistic when I started. I didn’t think I would make any progress at all. I was surprised to see that by every progress evaluation, I’d reached milestones despite all the obstacles of pain and sometimes low motivation.The front desk greets every patient with a smile. The process of scheduling appointments is quick and easy. Copay and insurance information is transparent. You can feel comfortable knowing exactly what is expected financially as well as how many appointments insurance will allow.Life Fitness Physical Therapy continues to show empathy, encouragement and professional up to date treatment.I want you to know, if you are struggling to find the right fit, I highly recommend seeking this practice out. You deserve to feel good. And I’ve found that here.

I have been coming to Life Fitness for over 3 years. Audra, Sarah, and Lilly have worked with me during this time to make my life much more enjoyable. My knees began to give me a lot of trouble. Their exercises worked. The pain went away. I was able to enjoy walking again. We did a lot muscle exercises to help my balance. I was afraid of falling.MY balance is much better. I am no longer afraid of falling. I am 86 years old and because of my physical therapists, I look forward to an active life. I recommend Life fitness to my friends. The young lady at the front desk does a wonderful job.

I was prescribed physical therapy for leg pain caused by sciatica and started a regimen of therapy at Life Fitness Owings Mills location. I have 2 sessions left and can say that I’m probably 80-90% improved after 6 sessions. Audra and her team, including Sarah and Lily are all super focused on my well being and with the prescribed home exercises I feel so much better. From the time you are greeted by Kaylon at the front desk until your time is up they are all pros. Their staff is professional and the facility is immaculate. Although I hope to not need more help in the future, this is my go-to place.

IF YOU HAVE TO HAVE PHYSICAL THERAPY? THIS IS THE "GREATEST" PLACE TO GO. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY,HELPFUL, FUNNY AND OVERALL THE BEST PEOPLE THAT WILL GET YOU BACK IN SHAPE! THEY WILL NOT MAKE YOU DO THINGS THAT HURT YOU. SOME PLACES WITH PHYSICAL THERAPIST'S DON'T CARE IF YOU HURT TO DO AN EXERCISE! THEY SAY YOU NEED IT. THE THERAPIST'S AT LIFE FITNESS HELPS YOU FIND A WAY THAT WON"T HURT YOU IN YOUR HEALING PROCESS. THAT IS THE KIND OF PEOPLE YOU WANT TO HELP IN YOUR HEALING PROCESS. Audra and her team never disappoints. They are professional, caring, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The facility is clean with a fantastic view. I enjoyed each of my sessions while Sarah worked her magic on my neck. This was not my first visit and definitely won’t be my last whenever I require the assistance of a physical therapist.

Best physical therapy facility! They take care of you and mostly listen to you. Alicia at the front desk provides exceptional customer service everytime I visit. The therapist Audra and Sarah along with Erica handles you with TLC. They work hard to get you back on your feet. It's a mini family during your treatment. Referrals are a plus. You will not be disappointed with your care.

I just completed 5 months of Physical therapy for a total knee replacement and I cannot give enough positive comments about LFPT. I was is search of a small yet skilled physical therapist following my surgery and was fortunate to receive a recommendation to LFPT. This is an intimate office with knowleable, compassionate professionals who truly care about their patients. The friendly atmosphere, attentiveness and willingness to listen to patients made all the difference for me. I worked primarily with Audra Stern who is the owner and an outstanding therapist. I highly recommend this great group of professionals.
