My husband and I experienced such a smooth process getting our SUV from this dealership. Shane was our car salesman representative and he did an excellent job guiding us to the vehicle that we needed to accommodate our family. The closing process was simple, as well!

Many problems with car purchase. Waiting over 2 months for plate mount, lost spare key, never submitted docs to DMV.

This was a terrible experience. The general manager that communicated with me would not give us the time of day when we arrived. I had stressed with him that I have kids and that I do not have time to waste. But the dealership did not care or give a damn. They were completely insensitive to others’ time (another customer that arrived at that time said the same thing and simply left since he had not been approached for over an hour). Then after I showed the messages and the agreement that had been reached on the price, they did not have the integrity to honor it. After making another agreement, the dealership had the nerve to ask us to come back the following day. We thought that they would have the car ready since they had the entire day. However the dealership did not care enough to ensure all services and accessories were installed. When the car was handed over to us late at night, we ended up having to update the We Owe You slip two times. It is now 3 weeks after the purchase and these items still have not been sent to us. After following up multiple times, it is apparent they simply did not place the order because they just do not care.

I would like to share a review as it pertains to my experience purchasing a Genesis gv80 from len stoler
1- the service was horrendous Considering I was purchasing an upscale car
2- I had an appointment yet I had to wait at least an hour to be referred to a consultant
3- They
Knew days in advance which car I came to look at yet I had to wait for them to pull it out of the closet and clean it everything was absolutly ridiculous
4- For all Of the issues they had, of course, they had a fake smiling excuse for it. That seemed hardly believable. (Well at least they smiled and tried to act proffesional)
5- The saving grace of it all when they finally connected me to a consultant it Was mister Johnny Raffo ( Never mind the fact that his name sounds like an Italian w.w.e wrestler ?)
6- Mister Raffo came off to me as respectful, professional on the ball, he seemed as if he understood that our time was valuable he listened to our concerns and did everything in his power to accomodate us. He is the only reason I am not giving this dealership a zero star rating
The finace guy Aaron was neat clean pain free proffesional on the ball and he did not appear to be a snake in the grass
7- If you look online and find that stoler ( I am fine putting a lower case the beginning of a title because they don't deserve a capital S) has the car you are looking for? Then ask directly for Mr Raffo he is the saving grace of this place and he and Aaron are not snakes in the grass they clearly come to serve and that is rare nowadays
8- for Mr. Raffo 5 STARS ALL DAY LONG for stoler 0 stars
9- if you live in the baltimore area call Mr Raffo he will take good care of you

I went on a bad day or during a time of transition for them maybe the general service will be better for you
Givem a try but if you deal with Raffo he will serve
He loves his job
He gets it done
He make the dealership look way better
He will take good care of you
