WORST place EVER.................contacted their service dept 4 times regarding keys being cut,brought all the necessary required documents in,took copies of each,emailed them as well.NOTHING. SO,if you are looking for lousy service,no help and a total lack of communication then YOU have FOUND your dealer.They are the reason I sold all 3 Fords I owned.Wish I could give zero stars. Their Techs and Mechanics are all pretty friendly and helpful,IF you can get past the people longing at their desks.People in cashier area very nice and efficient.Service advisors.Awful.Service Managers need jobs NOT related to customer service..............just too many BAD experiences with this dealership, They have a LOW rating for a reason.
