Had the pleasure of working with Kean Thompson and what a good salesmen he is. I had gone to about 4 dealerships before for the same car and around the same mileage. He treated me with respect and was honest throughout the entire process. As a first time car buyer i can’t thank Kean enough for the wonderful salesmanship he provided and I walked out with a price that was in my budget which he also kept in mind. Guillaume Mimoun and Larry Brooks were instrumental in my decision to purchase my new car today when I went in to get routine service on my 2019 CR-V. They were friendly and extremely knowledgeable in pointing out the pros for the purchase of my new 2024 CR-V Hybrid. They pointed out the benefits of this purchase without pressuring me to do so and I appreciated that. They were excellent to deal with and made my experience a total joy. They are truly an asset to Owings Mills Honda.

I am so done with Honda my last experience has been the tip of the iceberg I have been going to Honda for years. I purchased 2 vehicles from them back-to-back. Everything was good in the beginning but throughout the years times that I needed service to my car. My intelligence alone with my integrity was played with along with poor work. Ethic and damage to my vehicle from the shop.I have an ongoing issue with my Van. It keeps making a pop a sound through my speakers. I've brought it to Honda numerous times but yet they keep telling me a different story every time. I think it's to the point. I'm going to have to open a case with the Better Business Bureau. Along with maybe even get a lawyer involved. And also the news Medi don't recommend anyone. Go to Honda, especially the one and Owen's Mills Marylan And also to top it off. My son graduated high school this year. I was going to buy his first car from Honda but throughout the years of the experience.I had to deal with I will never go back there for another purchase.!!!!

I thoroughly enjoy buying any car from this dealership. They are very prompt and precise in meeting your needs, they will go the extra mile to accommodate their customers. Working with Jay Kesar makes the whole process completely hassle-free, he is easy to reach and communicate with. He will readily provide updates and keep an open line of communication from when you show interest in a car until you drive off the lot with it. Larry Brooks also has your back in explaining each charges and putting your documents together. He makes sure that you understand what exactly you are paying for and that you are okay with all of it. I highly recommend these two team members and the Honda of Owings Mills. I'm very pleased with my 2024 Honda CR-V.5 stars ? ? ? ? ?

Great friendly service with a good price that No other Honda dealer in the area could match. Honda of Owings Mills also had the largest selection of Honda vehicles in the area. Walter Sohn and Bo Lee were also great to work with. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. My 17 year old daughter and I have been to several dealerships and even looked at the Toyota RAV 4. My 17 year old daughter and I felt the most comfortable working Walter and Bo. My daughter loves her CR-V EX. Will most likely buy from them again when my son needs a Honda.

I recently contacted Honda of Owings Mills about about a 2024 Honda Civic. Asking them to do a sight unseen appraisal on my VW and a out the door price. They gave me a fair price on the trade in also the new car. Went by today and signed all paperwork. Thank you Mr. Patterson for the floor mats!!

Aaron is THE MAN! I was in the market for a 2024 Honda CRV EX-L and since this would be my first brand new car in over 20 years, I didn't want to compromise. From our initial interaction, he was attentive, honest, professional, informative, helpful, and just all around great. When it was time for him to pass the baton to financing- Rashad was just as awesome. I already had financing from my CU but in wrapping up he let me know about a protection plan they offered that you just can't beat (ask about it). These two are the DYNAMIC DUO! I went to other dealerships during my research and decision making process and they were by far the best. If you are looking for a Honda, this is where you want to go and these two are who you want to work with! HANDS DOWN!

Our sales experience was fair here, but the service here is mediocre at best.TLDR; poor customer service.-The service advisors either don't know or are dishonest about their own policies and don't take ownership of their mistakes.-Lack of technical knowledge about the vehicles and poor response. I don't expect the service advisor to know every detail about each model. However, the proper response to not knowing the answer to a technical question is "I'm not sure, let me find out for you," not "yes, I think so..." Go talk to the technician and find out for sure.EDIT with pics:-Found that they overfilled the oil by 1/2 qt. Now I have to take time from my weekend to lift the car up and drain the extra.-ATF fill plug and hole is covered with fluid and grime, inside the plug hole as well. A little brake clean and elbow grease goes a long way.Rose @ Honda, my mother drives the car, but I purchased, own, and maintain the vehicle. It's been serviced at this dealership since day 1. If Danny, your service manager cares to discuss further, my contact information is readily available.***Full version***I arranged to have my mother's Accord Hybrid serviced to get an oil change, radiator fluid change, hybrid system (PCU) coolant change, and transmission fluid drain/fill. I usually do most of the this type of maintenance myself, but I just didn't have the time. I decided to bring it here as this is were we bought the car and I didn't have a chance to find a independent shop with experience on hybrid Hondas.When I made the appointment with the service advisor Chris, I asked if they would use the OEM HONDA coolant and ATF fluid I had already bought. He said "yes, if it's Honda OEM, I don't see why not." Great. I also asked whether the coolant in the PCU (hybrid system) is also replaced as part of the radiator coolant change or if this is a separate job. He said he wasn't sure, but he'd get back to me. I go ahead and schedule for the following week.I didn't receive a follow up from Chris regarding the PCU, so I sent a message through the service portal, no response. The day before the appointment, I also called to confirm the details of the work. Chris wasn't there, but I spoke to his colleague who said she would leave a message. No response.Well the appointment is still set, so my mother brings the car in the next morning at 7:30am. I get a call from the advisor Chris who then informs me that they can't use my Honda OEM fluids that I provided (which he explicitly said I could) per their policy. Despite being told I could a few days earlier, I understood if he made a mistake and misspoke and asked if he could provide some help (such as discount on parts would have been nice) given the week before he told me the exact opposite. He told me that he would have to speak with his manager (Danny), and that he could send me to another shop instead. Well we scheduled our day around this job, so we just decided to just get it done.He also still had no answer about my question regarding the PCU Hybrid system coolant, but told me he would get back to me. Well the next contact I get is an email with the invoice and a call shortly thereafter that the car is ready for pickup. When I asked if his manager could help out at all, he said no. Who knows if he even spoke with him, as that would entail owning up to his mistake.When I asked about the PCU, it's clear that he forgot about this entirely and instead of just admitting to that, he states that he thiiinks it was done as part of the radiator coolant job. Sensing the lack of confidence in his response, I asked him to go to talk to the technician who knows the answer for sure. He puts me on hold for a few minutes and ostensibly talks to someone who tells him it was changed.I've had Acura's in the past and currently own a Lexus GX. The service at Lexus has been remarkable. This is a long overdue review but I want to state emphatically, the service I have received at Honda of Owings Mills has been impeccable. I moved here from another state and was driving back and forth for service because I knew the service at that dealership was amazing. I had not found a dealership that I trusted in my area that could match theirs, so it was worth the drive. When I first tried one in my area, it was clear their attention to customer support was greatly lacking. I decided to try Honda of Owings Mills several months later, hoping for a better experience. I am so glad that I did.I was greeted by the manager Shanork my first time and he connected me with an advisor who was extremely helpful. Sadly he retired by my next visit. The manager was unavailable to assist and I was thankfully approached at that visit by another advisor Josh. He happened to be the assistant manager for service. I cannot articulate how much of a help he has been servicing my son's Civic. He has been a wealth of knowledge and provided expert advice. He has worked to accommodate scheduling for service and for each occurrence that we have had, the customer service has been outstanding. Josh is patient, works to ensure the work done on your vehicle is executed with excellence and genuinely cares that you leave satisfied. Kudos also goes to the women at the cashier window for their courteous and welcoming presentation. I highly recommend Honda of Owings Mills to anyone in the Baltimore County area, looking for a trusted service provided for your Honda vehicle. From the start of service pulling into the bay to payment at the window, you are treated with respect. The attention to the needs of clients like my son and I, has surpassed expectations. The whole team Honda of Owings Mills was outstanding with above and beyond customer service. My sales rep Guillaume and sales manager Earl truly did everything in their power to earn my business and give me the best possible deal on my Honda Pilot. Ariane in finance made the paperwork a breeze by facilitating e-signing at the comfort of my home. My husband and I came out of state to purchase a car from this dealer. Brandon Locke was wonderful to work with and made everything go smoothly.
