When I receive exceptional customer service, it’s important for me to leave a review and let others know. Dorian at the HomeSense, Owings Mills location is the best. He is always willing to assist, always professional and personable and exhibits the best attitude. He certainly deserves a raise, and I wanted to commend him on his awesome customer service skills. Thank you Dorian!I also wanted to give kudos to Timyia, the cashier who handled my transactions. She was very patient and friendly. I appreciate the fantastic job that she’s doing.

I came on a rainy day and the manager of the store wrapped my chairs and help me to take them to my truck and loaded them. it was very nice and the best experience I ever had at any department store.

I've been here a few times and every time I come here I have a pleasant experience. The staff is always helpful and friendly. When I'm looking for things for my home, I keep HomeSense in my mind. I do feel some of their prices are more expensive than Marshall's or TJ Maxx. Overall good experiences at this location and they have a nice variety of items for the home.

Hodgepodge. I found the carpets affordable and of good quality. However, the furniture is extraordinarily expensive and terrible quality. Shop around.

My first time at this store yesterday and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. The staff where friendly and the displays are amazing. So hard for me not to go over my budget.I will definitely be returning for another round of shopping .

Around June 14th 2022 I came here to look for some items for home and was greeted by Deja who was very kind and I even took a picture of her badge so I could remember cuz I knew I get busy but I wanted to put this five-star review up to let you know I was very impressed with her customer service and helping me find the contact paper and also getting her managers to assist after I recognize they didn't have many selections, they assured me they would get more and I was very impressed with the selection of home items they had there very very well organized 10 stars in my book.

It can be pricey but there is alot of nice home indoor and outdoor supplies like lamps, shades, tables, chairs, patio furniture, pillows, etc to make your home cozy, and decorative.

I am liking this store. I found almost all I was looking for but bread pan. I had a good first time here at home sense alongside good customer service. I'll be paying y'all visits soon.In the picture I purchased the two lemon ? pillows alongside somemore items. I'llist later. Hurry and go you some, good quality and two for $16.99. Awesome value for your money.

Heyyyyyyyyyyy HAPPY FRIDAY?!!!!This was actually my first time in HomeSense. I'm a Marshall's / HomeGoods Gal?. I got up early, grabbed my coffee and off I went. The parking was easy.. the store was very clean. The displays were POPPIN' my eyes were everywhere. I came for a rug for my livingroom, I needed a change. MS. RONNIE ?gave me 10 ? treatment, excellent customer service. I hope I see her again in the near future...Just overall great energy. Chile when I got to checkout I had more than a rug???. I had one incident that didn't sit well with me, a little Busy Body ? thought it was okay too interrupt my transactions at the register to discuss who sold a pillow that wasn't for sale. Now I took the high road because she didn't even say excuse me. I thought the whole purpose was to have your items bought. REALLY LADY!!!! Maybe the 2 older ladies that bought the pillows didn't know they weren't for sale...Yes yall she talked long and loud enough for me to know who bought the pillows, smh. I don't remember her name but I remember her face. Its Good Friday, who has time for this...The Cashier sincerely apologized for the incident, which wasn't her fault but I appreciated it?. That foolishness doesn't outweigh the Fantastic time I had doing my thing, minding my business. My purchases from the rug, candles, plant stand, elephant, etc etc etc you get the picture were all ? ? ? Now I'm a Queen on a Budget...but it was worth every dime...Check them out if you get a chance.. Have a Fantastic Day on PURPOSE ?
