I’m an HVAC tech that frequently travels throughout Maryland, however this is my FAVORITE store to visit. With this store being along my way to the shop, every morning I walk in and I’m greeted, treated respectfully, and welcomed. I have never regretted spending a single dollar here. The food is made with care, the staff are always kind and accommodating, and the store is ALWAYS clean when I walk in. I have been to many of convenience stores along my travels, not only is this the best one in my opinion, but the best High’s location I’ve been to. Shout out to the awesome staff that makes the start of my workday great.

This High's has the greatest employees. Manager Michael, and Maaya and Brionna under his care have been the best at services. They handle each customer with a smile and great host. I watch them daily as they prepare the store and food. They never hesitate to stop what they are doing to assist, and they do it with a smile. I love this. The car wash is the best drive thru car wash ever. HATS OFF to everyone working there. And let's not forget the guys in the carwash with their expertise handling and again, they smile.

This location needs to improve tremendously. I've visited here 4 times and each time the customer service is unacceptable. There's never more than one cashier present, even when the line is getting considerably long and it doesn't help that they don't move with a sense of urgency in order to serve patrons. My most recent visit this morning (10/4/23), the cashier seemed to be more concerned with whatever she was doing on her phone versus assisting me with my gas transaction. I literally had to say good morning to her in an elevated voice to get her attention and then she acted as if I was disturbing her. I am not sure if this High's moved across the intersection from Royal Farms for competition purposes, however your customer service is not on the same level as theirs. I will not be visiting again until things improve.

Went here to get some gas ended up grabbing some food. Food was fresh. Fries 5/5 tenders 3.5/5 cheese sauce 2/5 rib sandwich 0/5. Service 5/5 Cashiers was very friendly and helpful. Ambiance 5/5

Great coffee! Good place to stop an top-off your gas tank, grab a coffee and get your wheels shined.

Got charged a different amount while putting gas. The machine charged me 75$ when I only pumped 30$. Had to call my bank while at work. Hope this gets fixed soon.

Has potential, hope they get it together. Be sure that your receipt matches your order. The cashier is ringing up things twice, and forgetting other items; so check your order receipt. Use your hand to cover bar code and scoot receipt up to avoid that. Also, I believe she's throwing the ticket away with your order number too. They call out orders not order numbers. Basically, who ever is in their face is who's order they fulfill. Let's talk hairnets. It's ? in there, workers are pulling the wet hair off their neck with gloves. I can see breading in 3 people's hair. They are dumping new on top of old instead of FIFO and carrying hot items across kitchen instead of pan shuttling, which wrecks the flow of the kitchen and is unsafe for workers, especially bc the young lady on frier is soft spoken. Food temps were off bc overcrowding friers to catch up with demand. Hot to go items were out too long, (suspect FIFO issue) and effected quality. The boxes to put chicken in were a hastle for workers bc of box shape vs bag size. Everyone IS working hard, but could save themselves working smarter. Positives, great menu, with fun unexpected items. Clean store, great drink and chip selection. They have an app. The carwash looks like it's coming along. Workers have good attitude, you can see them trying. Parking lot is laid out nicely. O rings and fries were great. I still have yet to try ice cream bc I'm holding out for cherry vanilla. I'm sure team will work out the kinks. I'm pointing out things too help. I'd send privately but website requires store # and I and not given receipt.

Store wasn't crowded. We bought lottery tickets and ordered 2 chicken wing boxes.The food wasn't hot and the mac and cheese was elbow noodles in liquid 'cheesy' stuff. Couldn't finish the Mac and cheese (wasn't good). Heated the wings and fries up and it wasn't too bad. Not too happy....store was clean and stocked.... the staff was friendly

Stopped by twice to get some coffee and breakfast. Coffee machine wasn’t working properly both times. Staff didn’t seem to care at all - very rude, wearing pajamas at work, really unprofessional , got our order messed up twice. Mistakenly thought this might be a real competitor to Wawa and Rofo in our area. Not coming back

I Purchased chicken, fries and ice cream. All was fresh and not day old like Royal Farm chicken. Next day I heated up the chicken and fries and they still were delicious ?

So I am not one to write bad reviews, but just has to be done. So not only did it take roughly 18 minutes to get a sandwich and some hush puppies when there were only a few people in the store, but the sandwich was made wrong and the rest was cold. Just a bad experience. Other than the one gentleman behind the counter, everyone just seemed so miserable and not very friendly. It is a shame, thought it would be a nice change and a new place to go to.
