I wrote a review and it was stated thatbit did not occur. I spoke with the manager who was very nice but for anyone to call me a liar is a disgrace. I did take my truck to Heritage and it was diagnosia to need an engine. I took my truck to another mechanic and he fixed my truck with a water pump. Je atated whoever looked at my truck was an idiot. If you need me to bring the quote please let me know. The mamager acknolwdgef the mistake amd apologized. He asked that i call him personally amd he will oversee any work I need. By the way my truck service is in my husbands name.

Save your money and don't waste your time at this (particular dealership) for "service."I requested a call back from a " manager" after receiving work on a Toyota. I (never) received a call back after several attempts to speak with "management" although I reached one of the service Rep's... NOT a call center!!NOTE; I ended up taking the vehicle to a DIFFERENT place because of safety concerns. This Toyota dealership cared less about my very serious concern's although I left very specific and descriptive messages numerous times! Also; I was not aware that Two hubcaps was missing off of this vehicle when Toyota suggested a "tire rotation" for the vehicle being due.My patronage for "several years" clearly has been taken for granted and not valued!

Let's start with the "all good". This spot has a place for children to play and get their sillies out. This is very thoughtful considering the wait can be over an hour. Also there is a complimentary coffee machine, that also makes tea and hot chocolate. Extremely thoughtful. For me the service he has always been pretty good. There have been some questionable instances however, not many. I think what a lot of customers want is an updated vehicle diagnostic process. Toyota has lived off of its rep for years .. and long as I have been a child (that's a long long time) but times are changing. Toyota needs to incorporate video assessments of the vehicles that their technicians work on. This makes things safe for the customer and the mechanic. Mechanics are very important and their role is extremely crucial to the maintenance process. So I know these people have to deal with customers not believing the work that needs to be done... especially when it's 1000$ every time they show up. But as a customer I know that over the course of time we will have to do more than just an oil change and new tires. But to be fair having this old school way of reviewing the vehicle service( solely word of mouth over the video surveillance review) is no longer the fitting standard. Places like Mazda, kia and Honda already have video surveillance the shows every angle of the car. Moreover, show the work and damage of the car as well. This protects both the dealer and the mechanics from the drama of scamming. Word of mouth is not longer acceptable we have the technology available to provide the best service. So I'll give 3 stars because while I am happy with my service, I question when I'm told I need new brakes after 30k miles. That worries me. And I may very well need brakes but show me the work. Let's see what was done prior and the current state. Video eliminates the worry for the customer and mechanic. Please Toyota, update to a video surveillance system like your competitors. I strongly think I may move to a competitor for peace of mind. I will still come back. The service advisor Jeff and Brit are the reasons I come back. Their customer service is unmatched

I went in expecting to look at a used Corolla Cross but it was already taken. Mr. Evon, the sales person found a brand new 2024 Corolla Cross instead and took the time to show me the fabulous features of that car. My experience in overall has been wonderful. I would recommend that anyone who wants a car to go to Heritage Toyota Owings Mills. I can guarantee that you'll find wonderful sales people there. Thank you Heritage Toyota Owings Mills!

Alphonse Warner went out of his way to help me get my car fixed up after it got broken into. He was super patient with me and my insurance, called me with updates, got my car fixed very quickly so I could use it on a trip I had planned, and helped me get things figured out when my insurance accidently tried to pay Toyota instead of me. Best shop ever and best service advisor ever!!!!

I took my Highlander for repair. I was told I needed a new engine cost 12,000.00 on a 2008. I got a second opion and it was a water pump for 700.00. They are SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!

I took my 2008 highlander to Heritage Toyota in Owings Mills, before I got out of the truck the guy in the bay stated oh her engine is no good. I said plesase dont say that, I love my truck. I received a call a couple of hours later stating that I needed an engine and it would cost 12,000.00. I said no thank you it is a 2008. I took the truck to another mechanic he diagonosied the problem at a water pump. It is running GREAT!!!! HERITAGE is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
