Took vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. After waiting
2 hours, the service consultant came out and had a list of items that needed to be done. I told them just do the oil change and tire rotation. They said your vehicle is ready. After I left I found out they did not do the oil change or tire rotation. Called and emailed service consultant and service manager. No call back was given.

False accusations, treat customer very poorly, unprofessional and they cover up for there mistake, whether it's from the manager or the HR department, moving forward with civil right orgnization, better business Bureau, and complain filed with Toyota corporate office with solid documents.
