I had a great experience working with Matthew S. Communication was great, the process was easy and straightforward. Pricing was fair from the start. It was a no pressure process which I appreciate. Would definitely purchase again from Matt and Heritage Subaru.

Told the service advisor that the tires were off balance. Service advisor said they were fine. Went some where else they agreed the tires were off balance and they fixed them. I waisted my time at the Owings Mills Subrau.

Bought my second Subaru from Heritage Owings Mills, and I could not be happier. My first Subaru I bought from Heritage Catonsville, although my sales rep was awesome, the weird interaction with manager Caroline, turned me off from that location. Heritage Owings Mills is a way better experience. First of all, you can park. In Catonsville, I had to park at a neighboring business. Secondly, the staff at Owings Mills are professionals. I remember the staff at Catonsville were all smoking right by the side entrance. I don’t think I saw one staff member smoking in Owings Mills. Also, the mangers were all professionals and seemed more experienced. I especially want to thank the General Manager, who came out shook our hands and introduced himself. I actually paid higher for my second Subaru (it is for the wife), because I truly believe professionalism should be rewarded. Avoid Heritage Catonsville, and patronize Heritage Owing Mills.

Matt Streete assisted me with a brand new WRX and is fantastic. The dealership, sales manager, finance folks were all quick and efficient and offered clear reasonable pricing. Highly recommend the dealership and Matt specifically

Same scammy dealer tactics - lowball trade in values, overinflated repair estimates, no straight answers.

If you are looking for a New or Pre-Owned vehicle come see this awesome team. Chris Felker is an awesome salesman he’s patient and willing to work with you. The great thing about Heritage Subaru is the management team behind the sales team working to find you the best deal. When it comes to New cars Greg always has the answer. Pre-Owned Jim is always happy to help. The GM Mike is always willing to come out and talk to a customer and help them reach there goal when buying a car. Don’t waste your time on these other dealers if you want to buy a car and feel like family this is your store.

This is a long one. If you don't care to read it all here's the TLDR: Don't take your car here for anything other than an oil change, unless you want to be gas lit into believing you need to trade your car in.
Went in for a radiator pressure check (I had just replaced the Upper Radiator Coolant Hose after a blowout), the service attendant informed me I would need a new radiator. This seemed odd to me considering I had just driven the vehicle 30 minutes through both city and highway traffic on a 95+ degree day with no signs of overheating. I asked for further clarification regarding the "damage" to my radiator, they could provide nothing other than a 4 second video of the mechanic saying "You need a new radiator, and new hose to start.". This too seemed odd to me because I had just replaced the hose he referenced the day before. OK, against my best judgement I gave the clearance for the radiator to be replaced.
You'll never guess what happened next... Turns out my coolant has oil in it! They strongly suggest that they do a full engine tear down to figure out what the issue is, it's most likely the head gasket they say. This seems wild to me considering my car has 67000 miles on it and that we've had every. single. maintenance. performed there. Oh yeah by the way, my extended warranty that we paid extra for, it expired 3 months ago.
So, again I ask "Could you explain to me the series of events that could cause this to happen on a vehicle that has such low mileage? Also, could you explain again to me how I could possibly drive this vehicle here without any notion of something so catastrophically wrong with my vehicle?". They reply "Well, I don't know how it could happen but, I've seen cars drive in here on a broken axle before.". Well, I'm not going to authorize $5500 worth of work to my car until I talk to someone who can better explain this.
So, finally, I get to talk to the manager. He explains that the reason I needed a new radiator was that the lip (the part that hose connects to) was corroded and had began chipping. I asked if that would ultimately effect its overall performance, It could, he said. Had the negligible amount of "damage" been disclosed to me, I never would have replaced the radiator in the first place! Then he says that he wouldn't recommend driving the car unless it was to sell it Carmax or to another mechanic for a second opinion. I asked if he found it strange that my car with 67000 miles on it would suddenly need an amount of work that was 1/4 of the cost of the brand new vehicle. I might as well trade it in!
Guess that perked his ears up because as soon as I said that he couldn't wait to tell me about their trade in offers. At that point I said I would pay for the work I've already authorized and would pick the car up when it was finished.
I've been driving it for over a week now, no issues.

I had a great experience shopping here. Chris was knowledgeable and very helpful. He got us a great deal without pressuring us. Everything went smoothly and quickly both buying a vehicle and trading in a vehicle. I will definitely go back the next time I need another vehicle.

My husband and I test drove some vehicles with Tom here and found him to be quite informative. We didn’t end up purchasing that visit and he made us talk to the sales manager before leaving, which I didn’t like but that seems typical of dealerships.
My problem comes from our second visit. We saw a car online that was a little bit out of our budget so we called Tom to ask if they could budge on the price. My husband emphasized that he did not want to drive there if they couldn’t budge on the price because it’s a little far for us and the car is out of budget. Tom told us that they would be willing to work on the price with us so we drove to the dealership. When we got there one of the last things we were told after talking for a bit before the test drive is that the car is priced well. That set off red flags for me but I didn’t say anything. After the test drive we made an offer and they told us the car is a good price and they couldn’t adjust the price. Aaron was heavily implying we were being silly for not going for it because it wasn’t that far out of budget, and he was saying stuff about how if we bought now we wouldn’t have to deal with dealerships anymore. So essentially they tricked us into coming and tried to sell us a car by saying we wouldn’t have to deal with shady people like them anymore if we bought a car from them. I crossed this dealership off my list after that experience and bought from a different one.
