Bradford was good, he connects with customers well and does his best to get the best for his clients no matter of the situation. Rick was nice with giving me a deal, by the way his isn’t Rick but he was thoughtful. The financial manager, I appreciate his willingness, help and humor. Go to Jeep. When I come for the hard tags I hope they don’t mind touching up the car

After buying a Jeep Compass from Heritage, i can honestly say that it’s the only dealership I’ve ever left feeling that i got a great deal. Julian was my sales representative and he was extremely transparent, which i believe is also a direct reflection of the sales managers. Julian took us on a few test drives and he was a pleasure to work with. It takes a lot of time from your day to buy a car, so I’m glad it was spent with somebody personable and fun to talk to.Jason is the Business Manager and during a time where the national average for interest rate is 13%, he moves mountains to get us an interest rate that we were relieved to sign for. Every other dealership gave us rates that were double digits. Jason was very professional and presented all of the financial information in a way that was easily understandable. With lots of ground work with Julian and with Jason moving numbers and making calls, they sold us a clean Jeep Compass for $10 below my goal monthly payment! And that’s with the extra coating for the interior and exterior of the car that Jason practically gave us.In two years when i look for a truck i will absolutely reach out to Julian. Julian and Jason were an absolute delight to work with and i couldn’t recommend them enough to anybody looking for an affordable car.

We recently bought a used Ram from Heritage. Our experience was beyond the best possible. The buying experience, with Joe Perry as our Sales Consultant, was the best we've ever had purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. Joe was low pressure, took the time to make us feel more like family than a potential customer, and even went above and beyond to deliver our new Ram to our house personally when we had to leave to continue with our day. Thank you Joe and Heritage for making this an easy and painless process. When we are next in thr market, we will be back!

Recently, I went to Heritage CDJR in Owings Mills and it was awesome, mostly because of Nick Kam, my sales guy. Nick was super friendly and made everything easy to understand. No hard sells or confusing talk. He really listened to what I needed and helped me out a lot. The place was welcoming and I felt comfortable right away. Nick was patient and always had a smile, even when I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pushed to buy something I didn't want. It was like having a friend who knows a ton about cars help me shop. I left with a great car and a sweet deal, all thanks to Nick. If you go there, ask for him. He's great!

Deyiah was amazing! She made the process as quick and seamless as could be. Before I came into the dealership she reached out and compiled a list of vehicles in my price range. One of the best car buying experiences with her! Don’t hesitate to schedule an appointment with her for your next car buying experience.

I just purchased a 2022 Ram 2500 from Heritage Owings Mills. Joe Perry was our salesman, he made the process painless!I knew some of the inventory they had and was ready to look at specific vehicles. Joe made sure I got to look at everything I was interested in, never tried to change my mind and was a good sport through the process.I purchased from heritage back in 2010 and I'm glad I returned!

This review is written based on experience, no libel or slander, 100% facts. This is a longer version of my review as Google reviews are subject to limited characters. I do not recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. It is operated in a manner designed to overflow their pockets. They are a dishonest business establishment. My mother put down $36,300 cash on a 2023 Range Rover Velar. Daniel Patzwall, one of the managers, "lied" and told the salesperson they would finance my mother at 8% given the substantial amount put down. We later learned by the finance officer, Kevin Shenton, they were financing her over 20%. Not having the best credit, we knew this was not the lowest rate she could have gotten approved for given the down payment which was enough to pay for half the vehicle. They gave her the highest rate to gain unfair profit by marking up the rate for an additional profit for the dealership. The higher the deposit, the lower the interest rate. Not in this case. When you use their banks, they mark up the buy rate. If you have struggling credit or no credit, get your credit score up, as dealerships like this one often price gouge for unfair profit for themselves. Go through your credit union or bank to secure the loan to prevent being taken an advantage of. Your financial institution will have your back and you will get the best deals, My mother is in her 70s. They did not care. They sold her an expensive luxury vehicle with only a quarter tank of gas. It was the most expensive vehicle on the lot. See how they treat customers, even the elderly. I wish she had gone to the Range Rover dealership to purchase as she was treated like royalty there. Guess what the reason behind her having to go to the Range Rover dealership? Because this dealership also sold her an expensive luxury vehicle without wheel locks. They did not tell her. The vehicle later had noises coming from the dashboard that was not detected during the test drive, which might explain their urgency to sell it and get it off the lot. They did not tell her that, either. When we met with the finance officer, Kevin Shenton, we mentioned that the salesperson, Mya, stated that my mother would be financed at 8% given the substantial amount being put down. She frequently consulted with the manager, Daniel Patzwall. He told her that rate to secure the purchase, then everything changed. We did not pull a percentage rate out of our hat. It was the percentage rate told. We explained to Mr. Shenton what happened. He makes a bogus phone call to the bank. "Hello. I need you to give me a deal." It was an obvious and bogus conversation. He hangs up the phone and said that he could not get a deal. Of course you could not get a deal when it is not a real phone conversation. The fake call was less than a minute. This type of theatrics is comical, and is a direct insult on one's intelligence, then the finance officer played a video about cancer out of the blue, which was an apparent psychological manipulation on customers mind to encourage a way of thinking that would make it appear that this dealership takes a caring approach and supports cancer efforts. Not so! They have no sense of integrity or transparency. This had nothing to do with the purchase. If they were the compassionate establishment they pretend to be, then our experience would not have been extremely bad. I am curious to know where they are getting their training. Everything was dishonest even down to delivering the vehicle to my mother's address. When it was made known that I would be writing an unfavorable review, the vehicle was no longer being delivered to my mother's address. My mother and a family friend traveled miles away to return to a place that we all dreaded. When the vehicle was picked up, there was a spot on one of the doors that looked like a coffee stain. Unbelievable! This is how you present a luxury vehicle. The experience at this dealership was so unsettling that we all cringed at the thought of ever returning. The monthly pmnts were incorrect

We had a beautiful experience with Sales consultant Nick Kam! He was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, prompt, and professional. Nick gave us some great advice and recommendations for our vehicle choice! I'd definitely return to this location thanks to Nick handling our purchase with so much sincerity. He didn't treat us as just a sale, he genuinely wanted us to get the best vehicle at the best possible value! Also, everyone was friendly..just an overall welcoming environment! Great job Nick!!! We truly appreciate you.

Pushy sales people, no outright pricing of vehicles (most on the lot don't have window stickers and online prices are way above market value), stereotypical dishonest car dealer. A guy named Chad makes you uncomfortable.

Bought a brand new 2023 Ram 2500 Laramie package. When they brought me the truck after detail it was so dirty the sales manager had us come back for a full detail, ceramic coating and a full tank of diesel. Which was a very nice gesture. The salesman took my truck key home which to me is a huge red flag! He has all my info and a key to my truck. They act like this is not a big deal! Then when I pick my truck up after detail it's still dirty. I must say everyone that sold me the truck was great. I am very disappointed with the detail! Here's some pictures. Keep in mind this is a 80k+ truck and should be spotless!

I just recently leased my 2nd truck from Heritage! I had a super tight timeline to get in and out! Miya Kelly and the entire team there did an incredible job getting everything taken care of trading my truck in and getting me back on the road in a new vehicle! Couldnt have had a better experience! Thanks Heritage!

They say the 3rd times a charm. My experience with Heritage in Owings Mills is always pleasant. Bradford's patience with me was amazing and I am so appreciative of him with helping me get into a new vehicle. Thanks ?

Classic bait and switch. The level of sleaze emanating from them was atrocious. We spoke to them in morning with offer. The response was offer was reasonable and we accept reasonable offers, make the offer in person. I guess they will say anything over the phone to bait you in to coming there. We stopped in made the offer and we’re told no, the listing price was the price. Upon arrival they immediately switch in price to full list. Obviously we left disgusted over their tactics. Later received call from one of the managers(texted to find out his name by no response)said “good news” we dropped the price down. The price he quoted was the listing price then he professed to not know the listing price. 50 minutes wasted driving back and forth only to have that low level of “service”. As somebody living with Als disease 50 minutes wasted driving takes quite a bit of energy and preparation just to accomplish a drive of any distance. You wonder why car salesman are held in the same esteem as auto warranty robo calls? Go to their dealership and find out for yourself. Pathetic display of professionalism on their part

I went in and brought a 2020 Ram 1500 and the process was easy and will answer the phone with no problem. The truck I brought has a crack in the rear sliding glass frame and I brought it in to get evaluated and fixed. First they tell me my vehicles extended factory warranty was about to expire which they did not tell me at the sign of the truck. Then tell me that to get the window frame fixed I need to go through a third party and it's estimated at 3k for repairs. You would think an inspection was done prior to buying the truck. It took a massive storm a few weeks after buying to realize the leak was there. I've been calling everyday to speak to a service advisor and nobody answers the phone nor calls anybody back. You would think somebody would answer but no matter what time you call there is no answer. Hopefully somebody calls us back soon. I understand possibly having to pay out of pocket, however nobody answers to make the appointment with the "third party" company that deals with the window and leak.
