Tina Wilhelm was a saint. I had purchased a vehicle out of state and had complete engine failure. She tirelessly fought on my behalf to remedy the situation. She was communicative, detailed, and empathetic to my situation. She made a very difficult situation tolerable with her constant attention. She is a huge asset to the company, and I will not send my business anywhere else because of her.

I would highly recommend this dealership! I am going through a very difficult time and had to sell my car and get into a different vehicle. From my first call to the end they were the utmost professionals, even when I was a wreck emotionally..they assured me it would be ok!
Mya was a fantastic sales person…she knew her stuff. The finance department did a tremendous job meeting my needs and getting me out..thank you Lowel and Jason. Adam has followed up and answered all my calls at crazy hours. They have done everything to make this a nice experienced.

This place is an absolute joke. My girlfriend bought a 2023 hybrid jeep from this place and received 3 free oil changes. On the third one they did the oil change and a free multi point inspection and charged her $40 for shop materials on the inspection and $40 for shop materials on the oil change. I can’t believe gloves and rags cost $80 and if the oil change is free it shouldn’t have costed anything. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy

Absolutely the worst I've ever experienced. $70k for a truck had an appointment at 10 am to do the paperwork got here and they upped the price 5k front what was promised to me. Then took forever to try and figure out why. They came down to 1k over what they told me but would not honor the price given me. Decided to complete transaction anyway because I don't have time to run around and they had the truck I wanted. But here it's 4 hours later and I'm still sitting here waiting for my truck. Mismanagement and lack of knowledge. Please please please heed my advice and stay away...

have had countless problems with this dealer/ service dept since i bought my vehicle. Inaccurately updated Car Fax to show they worked on my vehicle when they in fact did not. Not my first problem here, difficult to recommend

Made an appointment to get my oil changed and tire sensors reset. Arrived and was greeted and directed to the waiting room which was comfortable and has a station to get some work done while you wait. Very clean environment and very friendly and professional staff. Did I mention ALL my oil changes are free and the warranty is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
