“I was at the Frederick, MD location yesterday, customer service was excellent as usual. I got my parts & was on my way in short order. One troubling thing I noticed was myself & the other half dozen or so customers were all wearing face masks as required by State of Maryland but none of the 3 employees working there were wearing masks. There's no sign on the door to remind folks to wear a mask. I have dealt with Tipco for many years, I really expected the staff to be more professional on that point.”

“Has everything you need at a Home Depot. Big fan of the oops paint station if you like to do projects. They also have great options in the garden section. For some reason, the Home Depot bathroom is always perfect. I respect it. I needed wet/dry sandpaper and they had it!”

“Couldn't find the snow shovels today. New staff tonight. Very helpful. Found the snow shovels. Also picked up an ordered door. Staff found the door and brought it to the truck within 5 minutes. Assisted loading.”
