Both this Giant and the one in Pikesville seem to think shoppers want the music to be as LOUD as possible. I find it distracting and sometimes feel like I'm being bombarded by the loudness of it all. I shopped as fast as possible so I could get out of barrage of sound. I have occasionally asked if the music could be turned down and have been told that management sets the volume.
I'd rather shop at Giant, but I can go elsewhere. (and I do!)

Lamb chops were old but still red in package not sure how they get away with that but made my family sick !! Always check the lamp chops before buying thoroughly!! Nice store otherwise

They generally have a good selection and good customer service. The bathrooms, however, are absolutely foul. Please clean them.

They have live lobsters in a tank? unfortunate that still with so much knowledge of animals some people still choose to consume them with such little compassion for the animals wellbeing before hand:(

Never enough Cashiers on the weekends and holidays. Usually get line then have go for frozen items.

Customer service is horrible and literally no one cares, including the front managers. They just look at you with blank stares...like the lady tonight. Always understaffed and shelves need restocking. 20-30 min wait for the deli counter is ridiculous. At least bring the ordering machines back....all broke down and never care to fix them. Giant owes Owings Mills better than this.

Experience with pick up orders varies wildly. Often they bring the order out within minutes, other times it'll take over an hour after they tell you they'll be out with it in a moment and they stop answering the phone line

You can get almost anything you want from here. The seafood section had some good sales sometimes. The checkout line can be long at a time.

I wouldn’t recommend this store ever. Things are always significantly more expensive. Today specifically though, I went to get two items. I checked beforehand on the app to make sure they were in stock. I wasted 30 mins going there apparently bc they didn’t have either item. I then get a bag of chips to make my trip somewhat worth while. I clipped a coupon in my app making it $1.99. The system was not showing the discount and the workers refused to apply it. They told me “it takes an hour to process”. What in the world? Just manually apply the dang coupon like any other grocery store would’ve done. I left at that point. Don’t waste your time.
