Wish I could rate this place 0 stars Came in couple days ago to look for a game for my son and the coworker Jordan was not paying attention to the customers he was on his phone and he started to give me a rude attitude towards me and my son this GameStop was good until they hire lazy people like Jordan they should just fire him he don’t do anything just stay at the counter on his phone and also they close early then the sign says they close 5-10 min early and don’t let anyone in

Staff was fine. But they had the store locked 35 mins before close. When they unlocked the door we were pressured to speed run our search for a few games. Instead of being able to look for 5-10 minutes at what was on hand we were pressured into listing the two games we had on our wishlist. One was in stock (which we purchased) the other they rattled off a list of locations that had the game in stock. I am a huge supporter of the “8 and skate” but being locked out and made to feel like an annoyance to staff was very disheartening. Even though this location is conveniently located for myself and my spouse we will likely not be returning due to this experience.

I came to this location recently and traded in 40 dollars worth of items, the only problem I have is that I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY CREDIT??? And he didn't give me a receipt which I waited for but I had other things on my mind that when he asked "Do I need anything else", I should've said my receipt when he said that! But I walked out thinking it would be on my account. If I sold more items I would've been more than pissed cause this location took my stuff and never gave me my credit which they owe me. 1 star. Not getting this removed until I get my credit

GameStop is GameStop. IFYKYK. But I like one of the workers here because he's genuine and nice. GameStop is usually an in n out process and can get long lines quick. GameStop stores are typically the same wherever you go. However it's the workers that keep it a positive environment. Thank you ?

I recently made a purchase here and there was a misunderstanding that caused me to get charged more.The manager and Chaska (I think that’s his name based off the receipt) were so helpful.It was a bit of pain, but despite that, they resolved my issue quickly and I am really appreciative of that.
