We visited Momma's on a half Shell. Parking was simple
Grade: A
Upon entering the hostess was friendly and kind and accommodated my wife's request for a party of six. The hostess showed us a booth seating that would seat 6, but it was to closed in. We requested tables be joined to make a sitting of 6.
Grade A
After the hostess things when bad food service horrible. 1. The waiter told the group that he could only do one thing at a time. We've just come to eat and not to hear his short comings. 2.The waiter brings everyone their water,lemons and coffee, except my wife. We had to request mug of coffee a second time. 3.Now the food is being served and the servers passes the plates across the table instead of the side of the patron.
4.The waiter seems not to have a good memory for the small request for the small request of certain utensils , additional napkins and condiments.
5. When requesting water refill the server reached and poured my water refill right over my food. (Is this how the employees are trained?) 6.The management was requested three times . After dining for two hours or more, management was requested again. Twenty minutes later he decide to come over to hear our dislikes. 7. He listened to our complaints, however, be very dismissive and making excuses for the volume of customers. Management went on to offer us future compliments on the restaurant. WHAT! By these time I'm thinking there’s a 20% chance of me coming back, referring anyone, or giving a good review. This was an insult to my culinary business skillset. Training they're employees to a better service should be top priority for return business. After the checks are presented to the table (3 separate checks), we all gave our payments to be submitted the management decision to reduce our bill by 15%. I wasn't there for a discount, just good wholesome food and fellowship. MOMMA'S ON A HALF SHELF. Please venture into better customer service skills.

Stopped here for Wegmans. It's a very busy parking lot, but there is plenty of room to park. Keep going around to all of the sides

Navigating the parking lots is downright treacherous, and the whole place is mildly depressing, as it sits well below the highway.

Very nice place to listen to live music. Very organized, the sound system is great, the audience were incredibly friendly, and the local shops have bathrooms, food, and drinks.
