Zelle was locked for some reason that nobody could tell me. MULTIPLE employees said they would call me back to confirm it was fixed or give a status update. Nobody ever called and nobody could give me any answers. Wasted time and effort, I'm done.

Terrible bank. They thrive by charging unnecessary fees. They charge fees on pending transactions before they can post causing account to go into the negative before the transactions are able to post. Zelle transactions and cash app transactions take multiple days to post in the account even though the service should be instant and within minutes. Just a disappointment. To Prey on small businesses that are trying to grow. And in the branch they tend to people with a preferred skin tone before others. For example on two occasions I sat at the drive thru teller for over 20 minutes while Two or three cars with people who were not minorities drove up to the teller and were served immediately. Worst banking experience so far.

Always very friendly and fast most of the time. None of their banking products are Innovative per se but still friendly little place we keep your money on deposit.

DON'T JOIN!!!!!!! I joined FNB for a small business account at the end of October to launch my travel bag e-commerce business. After 3 months I STILL DO NOT HAVE A WORKING DEBIT CARD. This is the worse banking experience I've ever had. The Branch manager hasn't even reach out to me about this matter, he needs to let fired enough said. This isn't his first bad review regarding providing quality customer service. He's currently on vacation... probably on the beach drinking tito's smh bringing in the new years. This is unacceptable as a financial institution. With many other banking options especially in the area. I decided to give FNB a chance, with hopes of building a long term banking relationship with them..but I see how they feel about me and my business..

Use to enjoy this bank when I first came. Now there’s new brach managers and they are so incompetent and can’t seem to do their job incorrectly. When I filed for a dispute he didn’t send off the paper work until days later when I called to check on the status. He gives false information as well. Terrible
