Chinedu Ogunye (Chin) was great and made the experience great! As a 1st time home buyer, I was not entirely aware of the homebuying process and steps. I didn't feel as though I was in this process alone due to Chin and his consistency with information and availability. He was VERY responsive to calls, topics, and any questions I may have had. Other lenders reached out to me, but I felt as a new buyer, others were taking advantage of me especially with information and offer comparisons. This was the biggest financial decision Ive ever made in my life. The current home purchasing endeavor nationwide has created a bunch of smoke leaving some buyers unsure of paths to home ownership. Overall, I felt like Chin and Fidelity Direct were standing with me side by side to make my hope to buy a home come true!So what made it great? I didnt feel like I was being led astray, the help, the information, the consistency, the responsiveness, and the time and effort Chin and Fidelity Direct had for me.

Chin went above and beyond and was exceptional in his communication regarding the status of my loan and the information required. We had a very challenging situation with the Title company, which could have derailed things, but I felt relieved that Chin and his team stayed on top of things to communicate needs and requirements with all parties. Throughout the process, as the borrower, I felt reassured that when Chin said he would do something, he did and ensured it was done well. I would gladly work with Chin again. We worked with Chin and he was great. Straightforward, doesn't play no games, & knows his stuff! If you get him all the paperwork he needs, he'll find a mortgage that's fit for your financial situation. They currently offer a free re-fi after doing business with them which I'll definitely be taking advantage of if & when these interest rates cool down!

Worst experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!My girlfriend and I were in the market to buy our first home we met Eric in march of 2016 and told im we wanted to find move before the end of the year giving us 9 months to find a home. he connected us with a realtor and Neville Jones a processor in his office. 2 months in we had not found the right home for us so we decided to find a home to renovate we found a home and had a excepted offer in July. After months of being drug along and submitting at least 75 different documents, failing to make 15+ closing dates and dealing with nonchalant rear responses even when we told them we had to vacate our apartment at the end of the year which nearly render us homeless we finally decided to cut ties when the seller pulled out of the deal and we had to start over. this is the worst company i have had to deal with without question. I would be suprised if this review will even matter after 6months with the sub-par service provided they may not be around for longEDIT: They have been taken over by new management and the new staff was wonderful

Overall smooth process. But it was tight situation as load closing offer took along time to wrap up loan on time. She finished paper work exactly 18 hrs before settlement day. Chin helped alot.

Mr. Chin didn't put me, the client, first in his decision making or communications. He did not work with the agent when the seller took back their property due to a delay in closing. I was devastated. My agent reached out to Chin for help but he refused, he put himself first, not me the client. I had to provide the seller an additional $2000 deposit to get the property back off the market and Chin stated I needed another $6K to avoid missing the second closing date as he reconstructed the loan.
