Hello im a new comer to stores like this ,I dont know how to navigate thu the system all i needed was to email my copies to have them printed out i asked for help a young lady came over i explained to her im not familiar with this can she please assist me she look at me showed me the email and walked away i put that in she had no one else to wait on but me, their was another assistant in the front but she had a customer i waved at the young lady again she came over i said to her I never worked this machine before first time in here can you please help me she then push a button on the screen and said you need a credit card and it will come out here what's your number thats they sent you, I didnt know she didnt tell me when emailing they will give you a number so then she said wait for your number then put it in and walked away again 2 people came in the store i waited on a number to come thu I put it in but it was the wrong screen so now im getting frustrated cause she walk away twice and im still lost i went over got in line behind the 2 customer the second assistant excused herself and called me back to the place where I was i explained to her this my first time im a little lost on the next step she walked me thu everything show me step by step what to do (her name was TY)but the other young lady I didn't get her name she didnt stand there long enough for me to read her name badge I was so appreciative I thanked her and the customer she was waiting on ,he also said he was so please with the assistant he was receiving this young lady was patient, caring and understanding yall need more people like her ,and less like the other young lady I was going to give them one star 🌟 TY saved the day thank you

I'm older and was dropping off 3 boxes. 2 were very large boxes. I went to this location because of the star ratings. It rates above the other locations and now I know why. I'm ambitious, so I was delivering the large boxes by myself. It wasn't easy, but doable. Once I got the large boxes on the FedEx cart, I was trying to enter the building. It was challenging. Although there were 4 men standing in line to be waited on, not one of them held the door or tried to help me get in the building through two swinging doors. I was trying to hold open the two swinging doors to get my packages in when Jawanun came and showed me the doors had kick stands, set them for me, then went back to wait on other customers. I was sooooo grateful! I got in. Then I met beautiful kind Ceece. She helped me navigate the area to place the boxes for scanning. Her sweet smile and kind demeanor lessened the burden of the struggle. She scanned my boxes and gave me a warm goodbye greeting. This kindness is not found everywhere. The FedEx in Foundry Row will be my go to place from now on. I'm addicted to Kindness and Great customer service.

I would give zero if I could. There were people holding up the print and go machine for a long time. So I asked the guy behind the counter who ha d no customers if there was another alternative to quickly print four pages. He said he could but did not disclose the printing behind the counter fee. So when he gave me the total I said I was unaware of the fee. Instead of just giving me the copies that were roughly $1 which I would have gladly paid he shredded them. It made sense to this person to waste the paper rather than waive the fee. The way people reason in this world makes no sense. They should post a sign about the fees. Horrible customer service.

I was back at FedEx today and once again I received excellent customer service. This time Ty helped me, she was nice and patience as she helped me with my request. I really appreciated her assistance! Thank you so much Ty! I look forward to going to this location again for future needs.

They delivered my package to the wrong place and someone stole it and they refuse to reach out to the carrier to make it right they just basically said they don’t care they even took a picture showing they dropped it off at the wrong place. Don’t ever use them

Great store, but why are you still operating like it’s Covid? Closing at 7pm is crazy, previous location by Safeway closed later. And when you ARE able to get in early, there’s only 2 print machines, and a long line with no one up front even asking if your waiting to print something bc they CAN AT LEAST HELP DO THAT! SHEESH!
