“Had everything I needed was able to get in and out fast. Courteous staff and helpful. Stock and inventory is good. Could be better for water selection instead of Smart water, propel and Gatorade. Other than that good neighborhood store.”
“I was there today doing my 5off 25 deal, the cashier seemed to be a little bit overwhelmed because many coupons where not coming off properly, but he was still kind and respectful. The PIC Brandon and the cashier have fantastic customer service skills, they patiently checked with me to make sure everything was okay with my purchase, from where I am there are probably 6-9 other DG and I decided to spend my money in this specific store because I don’t pay to go get my stuff and get treated like garbage. And this store is awesome ?”
“Usual employees rock! Some new guy was scaring all of us away. He kept pacing the aisles, while not responding to questions from customers then got into a verbal argument with a middle aged woman asking a simple question. It’s really close to home so it works for us. Love the gentleman and woman working the counter at checkout! Always so helpful, smiley and kind . Thank you.?♀️”
“The typical Family Dollar. The staff was nice and the store pretty well stocked. I only gave them 4 stars because they did not have the item I was really looking for, an AM/FM Radio. Overall- Good Job. I will return.”

“I didn't purchase anything that was worth sharing a photo of oh, but I do like shopping at the various locations because they offer a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The Staffing is Hidden Mist, sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Overall this company has become a staple in many low to middle-income families and is definitely a blessing. I would recommend anyone to shop here for a quick stop.”

I travel out of my way to this one because, they are well stocked, organized, and always have what I am looking for. That said, that .25 extra really adds to your bill?”

I observe this young lady on 4 different times working hard, multi-tasking, assisting her cashiers before they even call for her, she is on it.No matter how many things she is in the middle of every task seems as if it gets personalization. She is organized, knows the aisle by heart and very humble and professional. The quality I see in her... is going to soon rise above store manager and perhaps District manager. “The family Dollar on Frederick road is the best dollar store in the area because they have everything and they are hardly ever sold out of items. I went to the Dollar general in Arbutus and the one at the West side shopping center and I went to the family Dollar at Mount Clare junction and not one of those three stores had cat food, cat litter, soap, or sandwich bags but the family Dollar on Frederick road had everything and a large selection and the employees are very friendly!”
