“I was there today doing my 5off 25 deal, the cashier seemed to be a little bit overwhelmed because many coupons where not coming off properly, but he was still kind and respectful. The PIC Brandon and the cashier have fantastic customer service skills, they patiently checked with me to make sure everything was okay with my purchase, from where I am there are probably 6-9 other DG and I decided to spend my money in this specific store because I don’t pay to go get my stuff and get treated like garbage. And this store is awesome ?”

He kept pacing the aisles, while not responding to questions from customers then got into a verbal argument with a middle aged woman asking a simple question. “I didn't purchase anything that was worth sharing a photo of oh, but I do like shopping at the various locations because they offer a wide variety of products at reasonable prices. The Staffing is Hidden Mist, sometimes nice and sometimes not so nice. Overall this company has become a staple in many low to middle-income families and is definitely a blessing. “There is this red arthritis achol they sell, I buy 8nto 10 bottles at a time. I share it with everyone! I buy socks there to keep in my desk drawer at school for the students when there feet get wet from the snow or rain. I love ❤ Dollar Tree.”

“Store is clean and is also well stocked I noticed the dollar store slowly changing their inventory they are carrying $5.00 items and have a big crafting section which started getting bigger when the pandemic started so I’m getting most of my diy art supplies here at the dollar store now”
“It's a good place to go to for your everyday needs. The prices aren't bad, and the employees are nice too. Only problem is there never seems to be enough cashiers. There's only ever 1 or 2 cashiers working at a time, and the line goes to the back of the store. You might be waiting in line for at least 10 minutes or more. Other than that, it's a nice place to shop”
“The family Dollar on Frederick road is the best dollar store in the area because they have everything and they are hardly ever sold out of items. I went to the Dollar general in Arbutus and the one at the West side shopping center and I went to the family Dollar at Mount Clare junction and not one of those three stores had cat food, cat litter, soap, or sandwich bags but the family Dollar on Frederick road had everything and a large selection and the employees are very friendly!”

“This store is much needed in the neighborhood.I have been a customer for about 10 years.Its very accommodating for household items, cosmetics, quick personal items etc.with afforfable prices. The staff through out the years are sometimes great and sometimes maybe not. However one manager , Mr Meech is always helpful and professional. The store was very well equipped through the pandemic also.The store appearance is no messier than any other Dollar General or Family Dollar.I have seen the employees work very hard to stock the shelves with their shipments in a timely manner. During their closng i pray tnat they have satisfied the Heath Department's orders.They were really missed and i am Happy about tne reopening..”

“I visited Dollar tree at 6503 Baltimore National pike on Saturday December 30th around 9:30 a.m. there was only one person in the whole store working. The ASM Sarah. The grace and poise she gave every customer was astonishing. She greeted each person with a smile and asked how we were. She also wished everyone a happy new year. I waited in line for 10 mins but I appreciated how courteous she was. I complemented her on how calm and friendly she was. Her response was being angry wouldn't help my situation so I rather be happy. She needs a raise. Kudos to you Sarah!Job well done.”
