The wait can be long, but anytime I go to pick up a prescription or call for assistance with something, the person on the other end is always respectful and helps with me with what I need in a timely manner.

When I arrived at the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions, there was a sign that said closed for lunch. I then went inside and found out that they were ALSO closed! Every one of those employees in the pharmacy took lunch at the SAME TIME! Why? We had to sit/stand in the long line, watch them eat until they were ready to assist us. A young lady came to the counter with attitude. Bad Business. I won’t be back.

Prescriptions are filled timely. You get notified when prescriptions are ready for pickup. Staff is friendly and nice.

Want a pharmacy that will take the time to help you and won't make you feel like you're an interruption to their day? Choose any pharmacy except this one. Betty, the pharmacist, doesn't have the time to help you, and has no problem saying so, in those words. When you call she'll tell you to call back later because she's busy. When you do call back several hours later, she'll tell you she's still too busy. She's so busy, in fact, that she'll even refuse to write herself a note and help you later - she'll leave it up to you to call back over and over, wading through the ever so lovely CVS phone prompts every time. As a worker in the healthcare field myself, I know we're all busier than ever, and I know that CVS policy is to just buy everyone's insurance company to force them to use their pharmacy rather than providing a customer service experience that would make anyone use their pharmacy of their own free will, but they could at least teach their employees to act as if they aren't irritated at the very thought of doing their jobs or helping their customers.

The pharmacy at this location seems chaotic. Luckily I had an appointment for a flu shot and didn't need anything else. The pharmacist was nice and didn't jab me like some others do.

Deserves a -5 star review. The pharmacist Charles does not respect appointments nor peoples time. Had appointment for Covid shot at 6pm and still hasn't acknowledged the line of people. BTW don't try and call here. They do not answer their phones.

Having tried to call multiple times to fill an important prescription, I was consistently unable to get a staff member at the pharmacy. They kept my friend on hold for an hour and did not return her calls to have a prescription refilled. This behavior is disappointing, especially considering my friend's medication is for serious seizures. Do not recommend. Would recommend going literally anywhere else.

Worst service I have received in 5 years easy of using this store. They always change people out, not sure if that’s CVS’ process, but once good staff are in place they are replaced by new people.

This experience is horrible the line is from the pharmacy window all the way to the back wall where the kitchen appliances are. This is sad and ridiculous. What’s happening????? Did everyone quit???????

I don't know what happened to this pharmacy. But, I do no I will be changing pharmacys. They are terrible. It takes days to get a prescription filled. Ridiculous! The phone gets cut off before closing time. The pharmacy has begun to look disorganized and its completely dysfunctional. It either needs to be closed down completely or restaffed/better managed. Do Not make this your pharmacy.
