In all honesty for the amount of volume this pharmacy has, they do the best they can and they are friendly. They help me with whatever issue I have. If you can just have a little patience and understanding you’d see this location is trying the best it can. It’s not any of these employees faults we’ve been left with one pharmacy. Be kind to them.

I was waiting on an amoxicillin Rx for my childs ear infection, that I couldn’t pick up as i dont drive and their delivery fee is 10 dollars per order. I finally get the delivery fee and get the medication delivered just for it to come not mixed together and for it to be powder. I am allergic to amoxicillin and im not a pharmacy tech to be hoping im mixing the medication right for my child to get the correct potency. I then had to go up there anyway for them to explain why it was delivered to me like this and all i got was a rushed im sorry let me go and mix it. A waste of a delivery fee and then an uber back and forth because someone couldn't do there job correctly. I will make a report about this to the pharmacy board and my insurance company. Peoples time, money waisted and health put at risk because of this negligence.

The lines inside this store to pick up a prescription are HORRIBLE! You have to literally plan to “camp out” to pick up a prescription. Just terrible! Drive through outside is just as bad and the way it is set up, once you are in line outside, you cannot get out. You are literally stuck with your car. We need more alternatives in Owings Mills. Forget the thought of stopping after work (which I think many do)——it’s absolutely maddening. They desperately need to clean up their staff and get the help needed to run the pharmacy more efficiently. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!

Since the local Rite Aid closed and all the customers were transferred to this CVS, the wait times have become unbearable. They should have anticipated the influx of new customers and staffed accordingly. Every visit feels like an hour-long process, even for simple pickups. It’s frustrating and completely avoidable with better planning and management. Very disappointed.

Worst place to fill prescriptions. Do yourself a favor and get your prescription filled at the other location. They are rude, unprofessional, and very combative to deal with. I've never had a good experience here. Hire better staff that is professional and courteous when speaking with people.

It used to be a nice pharmacy but since they welcomed customers from the Rite aid it became the worst pharmacy . The lines are huge any time and day of the week. If you'd like to speak with the pharmacist you can only leave a message. Noone answers.

I visited this CVS Pharmacy today and was treated very rudely. While I was speaking with a young lady at the front register, another employee abruptly cut me off and said, “We’re closed, the best thing to do is look at the text messages.” I was simply trying to explain that I’m new to CVS because my prescriptions were automatically transferred after Rite Aid closed. The dismissive and disrespectful way this employee spoke to me was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.

This pharmacy is overwhelmed with customers. And rather than hire more to keep up with the numbers or maybe improve their processes, they, instead keep only two at the register with a line that extends past an entire aisle with a wait time of 30 minutes just to get your prescription. This is not just a once in a while occurrence. This is a normal day for them. Once my prescriptions have ended here, I will be taking my business elsewhere. The service here is unacceptable.
