Worst tire service ever. I went to this location to have two tires replaced due to excessive wear. I specifically asked them to place the new tires on specific axel. The new tires were placed on the opposite axel. The “tore center manager” claims the tires were rotated, however there is no indication that a tire rotation occurred on the itemized receipt I was given. Also, upon initially speaking to “manager” he stated that he could perform the job requested without issue. He later claimed that new tires are place on certain axel according to company policy. The validity of this policy is open to debate, it was also not communicated to me upon the initial arrangement of service. Regardless, the so called “manager” blatantly lied to me and then proceeded to claim that the tires were ‘rotated’ according to the aforementioned policy. This rotation was miraculously not included in the itemized receipt. I requested to speak with a corporate manager to file a complaint and was instead gifted with a series of runaround calls that directed me back to people I had already spoken to. The vehicle in question belongs to myself, my significant other drives the vehicle primarily and is the owner of the Costco membership; unfortunately, she is not mechanical inclined and did not notice the mistake right away, nor does she have the necessary knowledge and understanding of car mechanics to properly relay the complaint. As a result, I took it upon my self to engage with Costco staff/ management. During these interactions, I found Costco employees of various levels to be utterly dismissive and disrespectful toward me, despite my knowledge of the issue, because I am not a Costco member. However my HOUSEHOLD shops at Costco quite regularly, to which I contribute. I have heard Costco is a great company to work for and shop with, however this experience has shown me that they are not above preying on the uniformed and denying responsibility for their actions. Will not be spending anymore money with these folks, particularly the tire center.

I have a love/hate relationship with Costco. They are Natzi's about everything. It use to be much easier to shop there. Constantly checking memberships... constantly move things around so you have no idea how to navigate the place and inventory switches too much. Once you rely on them carrying certain items you go back and they are gone. Not good! A rep at corporate said they move things deliberately to make people go throughout the store. ???
Get a freaking mirror in the clothing area or something besides no way to try something on. Why make us come back if something doesn't fit? Irritating. They don't check their organic food often enough to make sure things are not rotting.
I like shopping in bulk but you need to stay mindful before coming out getting way more than you intended to. Stop with the freaking food sampling during the weekends. Customers are rude and act like vultures as if a sample with count as a meal- ridiculous.
I like that I can bring things back but it happens more often than it should and prices need to come down.

Was enormously Surprised to see a Vince Camuto's coat advertised for half of what I had just seen in a department store. Needless to say I got two!
Additionally, they have the greatest choice of vegetarians' entrees at incredibly attractive prices. Everything else is first class.

CRAZY on Sundays with a lot of pretty rude people. I do like them for certain things over Sam's or BJs, though, so it's worth the trip, just not on Sunday.

Costco is the best national retailer in USA. The Culture of the Company is superb. Associates are happy. My favorite warehouse by far.

First time at this Costco in Owings Mills, beautiful. Usually deal at Whitemarsh.. time to close that store up. Compared to other Costco's, Whitemarsh is like an old 5 and 10..

This review is for the food court area. I want the start by saying that the one and only woman covering the front orders was doing a great job managing so many orders and customers asking about their food and drinks. It looks like a pretty stressful situation to be in, but she handled everything professionally and respectfully.
Aside from this, it looks like the food court area is severely understaffed, and I had placed a phone order at 11:00 am for a whole pizza to be picked up at 7:00pm, which was confirmed by someone on the phone. The pizza was not ready at 7:00pm, and I had to wait nearly an additional hour before they finished preparing it. It was very frustrating, and what’s worse is some of the workers in the back preparing the pizzas were observed to be laughing and messing around, which made it seem like they didn’t care about preparing anything in a timely manner.
I know this is a constant frustration for many customers, and I hope Costco addresses the issue quickly and effectively.

Best place for quality produce such as plantains, avocados, pineapples,bananas and garlic.
Great place providing value for food items such as coconut milk, flour, and rice compared to other stores
A must shop for toiletries like toilet paper and paper towels
And a must stop shop for water if you like to stretch your dollar.
Also, this store has a more friendlier feel than the other Costcos in the state and bigger space so you feel more comfortable walking around.
Finally, if you are hungry, the hot dogs and the lemonade Minute Maid are a top pick for me.
