I like that BJs has coupons! They are cheaper than Costco as well for the items I usually buy. There is no frills here...think Aldi vs Trader Joe's but it works. The random people walking around selling windows or something are kind annoying lol. I always mess up at the self checkout somehow so I just wait in the usual... read full comment

What horrific customer service. Middle of the afternoon and 35 minutes waiting online. Minimal lanes open. Managers rude. Awful experience Owings Mills, MD BJs. Will join Costco. Much more efficient, friendlier and faster.
