Customer support is not their strong suit. I purchase an open box S95c 77" OLED TV online during their " Back Friday in July" sale while out of town for work and the date was for pickup the day before I was to arrive.
I called the customer service service to extend the time a day and the number posted for the store does not go to the store. It goes to a call center and the people don't even speak/understand english.
They would not add a install/deliver/time extension ... No compromise. So basically my order was cancelled. I went into the store the day after Best Buy cancelled my order. They still had the TV but would now sell it to me for $300 more before taxes, delivery and install. The price was still great even with the bump in price, but it's the principal. Why pay into their programs and memberships? Why stay loyal and keep them in business if they are not loyal to you?
Nothing matters ... Not that I just bought an 85" 8K from them just a few weeks before this situation. A Samsung 75" Q80D during COVID ... A 55" Hisense Just before Covid.
External Drives ... Cell Phones ... Laptops.
Insurance programs.
The stupid $179 membership... Means Not a Damn.

I went there to see electronic person. The guy standing at the front door booth, said he will call someone to meet me over there. I went to electronics area, stood there for about 25 minutes, no one ever came. I went back to the person at the front booth. Now, he tells me they are short staff today. He gives me a number to call for the same help I was in the store for. What a waste of my time.

Thank you to Frank at the Owings Mills store. He helped us when our rewards certificates would not be accepted at the store. The certificate dates had to be extended even though they were not yet due. Frank was very patient and helped us resolve the situation.

Worst management possible. I bought a computer here and tried to return it three days after the due date , Keep in mind that I am a member, & the membership is about 200 dollars. This is computer is qbout $700. I bring them the computer letting them know there is a glitch. The manager tells me «sorry thé window to return is closed. I let them know I have had some health issues and I can provide paper work to back it up, the manager is condescending and says « I hear you but no need,I cannot help you ». They instead send me to technical support. Over there they pretended to have fixed the issue. Just for me to get home and realize nothing was fixed. I even suggested getting store credit to get something else that works, but both managers said no. Even worst, I am not to type to bring up unfair treatment ever, but from the looks given to me, and the staring at me from head to toes, I strongly believe that if I had been a different type of people, I would have received better treatment . How can someone be pleading with you for help because of health issues and something is needed for school and you refuse to listen. Plz stay away from BESTBUY

I went to pick up an open box tv and there was a lot of back and forth because of various issues that came up last minute. However, despite all of the problems, everyone was very kind and Danny went above and beyond to help me out. I thought I was going to end up leaving without any tv but he fixed everything for me and I ended up getting a new tv instead! He was very understanding and did an amazing job in assisting me. This Best Buy had really great staff overall and I am pleased with my purchase!

It took forever for me to get some headsets from the locked area of an end cap, this place was full of customers and barely any workers. Two other customers were asking "Who works here" along with me. Does Best Buy have employees other than the one at the register and the one watching the camera? Why does it take 30 minutes for me to go and buy some headphones that I already knew I wanted?

Worst delivery service ever. I paid for a tv delivery and mounting installation but the service was never done and I was not compensated for missing delivery twice after taken off from work for both days

Hello all, well we went to Best Buy to look for a refrigerator, we looked at a lot of different models but couldn't find anything to our liking, most if everything we looked at was bigger than what I already have, after talking with a couple of sales people you would think someone would say let me look to see if we have anything in the size you need, it seems as if good help is hard to find, maybe if I had access to their computer system I could have looked it up myself.
