“I went to the Drive Thru ATM and made a deposit of $20.00 and it kept my money with the screen reading "It did not detect any money," I called the CS they gave me a Provisional and told me to go into the Branch in the morning and when I went into the Branch (Owings Mills Md) they treated me with such professionalism acknowledged the ATM Error said they had the repair tech on the way and took care of the situation.....This is ANOTHER REVIEW: I went to the ATM again 12/28/23 and the same thing occurred with the ATM Drive Thru. It was a little after 4:00pm and I saw the Bank Employees so I drove up to the window and honked my horn. The Employee WILLIAM came to the window and on the speaker and told me that they were closed it was a little after 4:00. I was so saddened because I needed to deposit my cash. I asked WILLIAM what he suggested that I do and WILLIAM SAVED THE DAY!!! He told me that the Walk-In had an ATM in the Lobby. WOW THANK YOU WILLIAM YOU ARE A BLESSING!!!”

Recently, I made an appointment to purchase a CD during a promotion they had on them, but the promotion expired the day before my appointment. Lenorre helped me and she is just wonderful! She noticed I made the appointment during the promotion and although it had expired, she was able to give me the CD at the promotional rate, which I thought was very kind. Other places I’ve banked with would never. Highly recommend!!”
