I have never had a better experience purchasing a car. It started with Mickey who met us in the show room. The sales manager, the finance officer, and even the used car manager who checked out my old car were all awesome. I had put off buying a car for a year because of previous unpleasant experiences. These guys could write a textbook on how to treat a customer. I highly recommend Audi Owings Mills.

I had an amazing experience with Audi Owings Mills. The staff was very professional yet personable with the car selection process. They were not pushy and just allowed the product to speak for itself. Dubois is by far one of the best brand specialist that I every worked with!!

There was a welcoming feeling from the first time I visited the showroom to the actual purchase. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
Mickey Solomon, my Client Advisor, was phenomenal; helpful, knowledgeable, and not aggressive, which is a rare trait for car salesmen.
Dion, the Financial Specialist, was outstanding. He made the signing of the necessary documents seamless. On my first visit to the dealership, he showed me some features of the vehicle I was considering while Mickey was serving another client. In fact, I thought he was a Client Advisor because he knew so much about the car.
Vince, the Finacial Manager, was also very helpful and instrumental in putting together an offer that was agreeable to me. He has a warm and inviting personality.
Kunal, who was also very helpful, assisted me when Vince was off.
What can I say? The entire team at Audi Owings Mills was the best I've ever done business with.
Keep up the outstanding work. Although I expect to drive my new Q8 for many years, I will definitely refer my friends who're considering an Audi.

I had an outstanding experience at Audi Owings Mills while searching for a new car a few days ago. As I perused their website, I came across several enticing used BMWs and Mercedes vehicles, which prompted me to set up a test-drive appointment with Mickey Solomon who has sold cars to some of my friends and family members. Despite my usual preference for the reliability and smooth ride of BMW and Mercedes that I experienced for decades, I decided to approach the prospect of trying an Audi with an open mind.
Upon arriving at the dealership with my husband, we were warmly welcomed by Debois from the sales team, who kindly offered us water. Mickey had the cars arranged for us to test drive and demonstrated remarkable expertise about the various vehicles. After test-driving the BMW and the Audi, Mickey presented me with an in-depth analysis and price comparison between the used BMW and a brand-new Audi A5 Sportpack which he had selected for me as the best fit based on attentively listening to my interest. Mickey escorted me to the service manager, T’shona, who furnished additional information. I returned to Mickey and with all the details I was provided without any pressure to rush my decision I was empowered to make a well-informed choice. I ultimately made the proud and delightful decision to purchase my very first Audi. Mickey's recommendation was indeed the best fit for me! I LOVE my car, and it fits me like a glove! I experienced what others have shared with me about Mickey and Owings Mills Audi.
The dealership's professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach left a profoundly positive impression on me as a buyer. Their dedicated efforts to educate me about the Audi brand and offer a premium experience managed to sway me from my initial BMW/Mercedes preferences. Their seamless teamwork was evident through a coordinated effort across sales, service, and management teams (Dan, Dion, Kunal), with staff members who genuinely seemed to revel in providing top-notch customer service. I am grateful for their hospitality (bottles of water, providing an office to take an important work call..), guidance, and the fantastic deal that ultimately persuaded me to choose Audi. Service team horrible dealt with Jess after advising him of several issues I believe was wrong with my vehicle at the time of my appointment he failed to have technician address them but yet offered a bunch of diagnostic services that still would of failed to resolve my car issue needless to say I left and will attempt to get it repaired somewhere else sad how they treat a long time customer after purchasing vehicle from location

My experience purchasing a car at Audi Owings Mills was great. While the salesperson was new to Audi, he was helpful and patient as I asked many questions about the two car models. I was trading in my old car and the general manager was forthcoming and transparent with negotiating the trade-in value, which I greatly appreciated. The financing folks were also thorough in explaining all of the forms I was signing, which is always important since the purchase of a car is no small feat. The staff at this dealership are friendly and professional!

Can't say enough good things about our experience with Mickey! We've visited many car dealerships, and we were very impressed with the outstanding customer service we received. We were always greeted immediately by the staff. Mickey is super friendly, kind, and transparent. He gave us info on an Audi model they didn't currently have on the lot that he thought might fit our needs best, and is ultimately what we ended up purchasing. Mickey personally looked over every detail on the car before we took it off the lot. And as we were finishing up the paperwork, he offered a free car wash for my husband's car! Super happy with our new A3!
