*** WARNING*** Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer, any vehicle. They hack up the wiring harness on every car they touch. My car was a dealer transfer from this dealer. They install a "lojack" device in every vehicle. Sounds great, it isn't. They tap, cut and overall molest your factory wiring harness and install a redundant gps tracker with ignition cut device. Of course, Audi will never provide a warranty for the Chinese, 3rd party garbage they install. Look for a little sticker that says "spireon" on your driver's side door sill near the latch. If you have one, get rid of your car asap. Their hack job will short out and leave you stranded holding the bag for thousands in uncovered repairs. The tell tale sign that they installed this trash if you don't have the sticker is the $499 "gps recovery" nonsense they try to sell you at the "paperwork guy". Don't buy this, it's built into your audi already and they hacked up your wiring to offer this stupid service.

Scheduled an oil changed via online. Check-in was smooth, staff was knowledgeable and organized. Enjoy some complimentary snacks while I waited. Lastly, I admire the diversity at this location. Will return.

Are you a Baltimore area Audi owner or interestee? Do NOT go here. Save your time, your emotional energy, your deliberations, and your money and go to Audi Hunt Valley. I had taken my preowned Audi here the moment I purchased it and from that moment on, the technicians at Owings Mill have been stressful, annoying, and time consuming. I put up with it for 6 months, finally left. I wish I had left the first five minutes I stepped into the service bay and saw the 'technicians' sitting on lovely desk chairs at their lovely 'service' desks. So many examples of what else happened...To save you the time and them a little face...just pass them by.

Mickey Solomon | Client Advisor was superb. His knowledge , reliability, professionalism and patience was on point. We will always purchase recommend Audi owings mills as long as Mickey is employed there. We did a trade in on a Q5 for a Q5. It was smooth sailing from start to finish.

Worst car dealer experience after Heritage Jeep. We took my wife's Audi for warranty service because of a broken Swedish meatball or something so the horn and airbags won't work. Six months later? Still a broken Swedish death trap. And they won't answer. Still not fixed. Buy a Ford or a Hyundai.

First and foremost, Jess and Raven are a dynamic duo! I honestly would service my car someplace else, if not for the 2 of them. They are kind, patient, follow up and actually LISTEN to their customers to resolve their issues/concerns. Jess ALWAYS gets me right in, no matter what I need or have messed up! Raven is the most kind-hearted individual, EVER! The 2 of them are a well-oiled machine. Having said that, there is NO REASON, after spending $900+ on service that YOUR CARWASH AND VACCUM SERVICES are OUT OF SERVICE! AND YES, I AM SCREAMING BECAUSE I have had my car for 4 and 1/2 years and not ONCE in that time have THOSE SERVICES NOT BEEN AVAILABLE AND COMPLIMENTARY! Wait, maybe once the carwash wasn't working and guess what, they told me it would be fixed in 2-3 days and to stop over and they would wash it for me! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST. THIS MAY SEEM TRIVIAL to you or most, however, the 1 PERK THAT I LOOK FORWARD TO IS having my car cleaned for free, after knowing how much I am already paying. That is one less thing I HAVE TO DO AND PAY FOR. GET IT FIXED!!! To be apologetically informed that the carwash hasn't been working for 3-4 weeks and they can't even remember when the last time the vacuum cleaner worked, ARE YOU LITERALLY FREAKIN KIDDING ME, AUTO NATION?!!! I am looking to trade in my car and have 2 children that will be in the market in the coming months for cars and wouldn't dream of purchasing a car from you, as you don't care about your customers. The service team cares, but Auto Nation, yeah, not so much...cheapos.Since this acquisition, you can see the change in the quality of services offered to your "valued" customers and if not for your team in the service department, I doubt anyone would choose to come to your dealership. It isn't good. A little perk that should be instantly easy to repair or have some resolution, instead of your staff being on the front line apologizing for something they have no control over. 4 customers were highly disappointed that these services were not being offered. I hope that they will post their review, as well.
