Took my ring in as white gold, picked it up yellow gold. When I inquired about it, the owner stated I would have to pay to get it changed back. I had went there to get the same ring appraised. Feel like she should have made sure of the color before doing the work.

I had my ring appraised at this location after purchasing it out the country and really liked the customer service. I decided to go back and have it sized and they suggested balls instead of ring guard etc. when getting my ring back I noticed it was yellow gold. I called and was told because of the heat applied that’s what happen. I was never informed about this happening. I am upset and disappointed because I was never told that this would happen. The owner/manager told me it would cost additional for my ring to get back to white gold, the original way that I brought it to the store. I would have thought twice about getting this done if it was explained that my ring with change colors. I am not only disappointed in the lack of communication but very unsatisfied with my ring that I loved before I took it here.

The owner is rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure if she is racist but we an African American couple who waited 20 minutes for her to acknowledge us were ignored when a White woman walked into the store. So it would seem that she prefers and serves white customers over Black customers. I refuse to give her any of my money. Do not go to this jeweler if you are Black, she will ignore you. I called to inform her and she blamed me for leaving after we were ignored after waiting for 20 minutes.

I have been going to Antony's since they opened and will never go anywhere else. They helped to custom make my wifes engagement ring and also helped with our wedding rings years ago. They always are very helpful making suggestions and working with your budget. Have been in on many special occasion and my wife has always loved every gift.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this jeweler! Very knowledgeable, friendly and very reasonable pricing. I have a partially invisible set diamond and sapphire ring that is not easy to repair, but at Antony this was not a problem. Excited to pick up the ring next week and will update at that time. Also, the selection of fine jewelry in the shop is more unique than anything you'll see at other jewelers. Absolutely beautiful pieces that are unique and stunning.
