I’ve been going to Amazing Lash for about 3 months and have established a great rapport with Michelle as well as the young ladies at the front desk. Everyone has been very professional and kind. Too inconsistent. Lashes don’t last a full week. Rigid rules. Not the friendliest staff. Cancelled in less than a month.

I've been getting my lashes done by Saraiya at Amazing Lash Studio for almost 5 years, and I couldn't be happier with her work! She is truly a master at her craft, always taking the time to make sure my lashes look perfect and natural. Her attention to detail and consistency is incredible—every visit, I leave feeling confident and looking fabulous. Saraiya listens to what I want and customizes each set to match my preferences, whether it's a bold, dramatic look or something more subtle.

Morgan is the only lash tech I will see. She is very personable and professional. Her work last much longer than any other tech I’ve used. The ladies at the front desk are always friendly and the salon is always clean.. Kudos to the holiday decorations they are fun never disappointed.

Availability is amazing but that’s it front desk staff greeted me professionally .. I went 2x and my first time there was no good energy from the tech very unbothered didn’t explain the after care well .the work was decent for my first time it took 2 hrs .. 2nd experience same I tried a different the lash tech and she wasn’t personable either and I had to clean my own lashes myself before my refill I thought that was odd for a refill given all the build up they just sent me in the bathroom with some foam and said wash them myself , for the cost I would expect more personalized service the refills shed so much and didn’t last waste of money . I won’t be returning or recommending anyone to this location.

I'm leaving 2 stars because when I was actively getting my lashes done, I did like them. All the techs are super talented and sweet. The receptionist is also always nice... HOWEVER, I purchased a membership and used it for a couple of months. It came in handy!! I then ran into a really tough financial hardship and decided to cancel my membership. I signed the paperwork, got a confirmation email, the whole 9. Come the following month my account is charged the $199 despite cancelling my membership the month before this. When I called the receptionist tried to help and looked up my membership and confirmed that it had already been cancelled and my card should not have been charged. It has been 3 days now of consistently calling back multiple times a day waiting to speak to a manager so that I can get my money back (I mean come on it's $200!!! It's not a small amount of money!) and I have not gotten a single answer I just keep getting told that I will be getting a call back. Not only has it been days since I've been able to speak to someone, I'm sure the refund will take a couple business days to process. Now it is Friday and I'll have to wait way too long to get money back from something that was never even my fault. And again, the reason I cancelled is because of my new financial situation so this REALLY sucks.

I highly recommend this place, especially if it's your first time getting lash extensions. All staff are super friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable I had my lashes done for the very first time and they were very mindful of telling me what to expect and accommodating to my novice understanding of the lash application process.I've gotten so many compliments, and I have since been back twice. I signed up for the membership because of the excellent customer service, excellent lash techs and staff. It is truly worth the price!

I LOVE Amazing Lash! They're so skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. Now, let me say that SaRaiya is not exactly the biggest fan of me. I rub her the wrong way or something about me really annoys her, so she's not exactly thrilled to see me at my appointments, but she tries to have a sense of humor, which I appreciate. If you're obsessed with people-pleasing and having everyone like you, maybe buckle in a bit before you see her (or perhaps she just really doesn't like me, and that's my problem, but it won't be yours or anyone else's).However, most importantly, she is AMAZING at what she does and consistently gives me the lashes of my DREAMS that I never thought could be achieved with my sad, pathetic, sparse little lashes. She is surprisingly quick but thorough and extremely patient. She is the patron saint/goddess of creating heavenly, beautiful, fluffy, dense lashes that make me feel like a completely new person who is delusional about how gorgeous she thinks she is, and I can't thank her enough for that (but I try).Her brilliant technique got me to sign up for Amazing Lash's membership option, which I'm losing money on right now, but for SaRaiya, it's worth it. I gave up a tech who's a super sweet conversationalist I saw there previously because SaRaiya knows EXACTLY what she's doing. She's a true artist and gives me exactly what I want. She's cautious with the sensitive skin glue I need, which is so important, or my eyelids will become red, puffy, itchy, inflamed monsters for a week.SaRaiya will keep me coming back to Amazing Lash for life until she leaves or retires (even though I'm certain she's younger than I am).
