Drove two hours to get a car and salesman made me meet him at his house. When we got the car he gave us the title and two other forms. When I got back to VA the DMV said the documents are no good. Once I reached out they didn’t wanna help me for almost a month. Once I finally talked to an owner they sent me blank forms and told me to fill it in and FORGE the dealer signature section. I stated I did not feel comfortable doing that and they said well what else do you want us to do. Again, the owner called me and said just send us the title back. So I pay them for a car and title and they want me to send it back to them after the horrible customer service?? Then they said just come back and we will give you the correct documents. Another 4 hours of driving for me. Stay away if you can these guys are running some type of fraud operation. I’m contacting the Maryland Attorney General's Office (OAG) Consumer Protection Division next.

I was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism I received from Kizzy and Paul. They got into a vehicle in less then 4 hours I am very pleased and would recommend family and friends to this company

If I could rate more stars I would. I first called and spoke to Gene to let him know that I had not so great credit, but i was really interested in one of his cars. He worked with me on a deal for almost a week. Called everyday to update me through the process, and even afterwards to make sure i was still happy with the purchase. Guy went above and beyond on this one for me.
Got the best rate available, didnt put me through the ringer with submissions to a million banks, and made things happen with ease.
My only complaint is that more people dont know about this place. Stop by and let these guys help you out like they did me.

had a great experience here good selection dealer that I delt with was kissy told me how much I needed to get a car and that's what I spent didn't play no games left with a nice vehicle very fair prices should definitely give them a shot if you in the market for something

I had a wonderful experience at A & A. I usually hate car shopping, but Gene was helpful and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy at all which is a rarity in that market. He secured an amazing rate and the price was very reasonable for the car. I called in advance to see if they had the car I wanted still available. When I got there they had cleaned it off and pulled it to the front for me (the day after the snow storm). Overall a wonderful experience and didn't take long to get on my way. Would absolutely recommend to friends to try them out.
