While I have banked with Wells Fargo for a number of years, I have always found this branch to be slow and unprofessional.

I went in today and had a wonderful experience unlike the horrible one at the Wells Fargo in Aspen Hill. Diane took care of everything I needed even though I didn't have an appointment. She taught me how to use the extended services with online banking. Exceptional service!!! The entire staff was very pleasant, professional and helpful. I will definitely return to do all of my banking needs.

Ms. Diana is a naturally patient and kind person. She opened an account for my son, and she taught him step by step and, although people interrupted her with questions, continued to make him the focus of her time.

The Tellers and additional staff are always so polite, friendly and show that they care in different ways. They remember people and greet them by their last names. They truly make the experience a positive one.

This bank is closed on Saturdays, stupid decisions. People are off on Saturdays and that's the day everyone try to get their things done!

This Wells Fargo branch is convenient, professional and friendly. There is parking directly in front which is a nice bonus for those with physical challenges. This branch isn't crowded like others I have visited. We were greeted immediately upon entering, and helped once the gentleman in front of us was done. I had a complex transaction which another branch had not been able to work through. Diana got us through it with a smile. She and the branch manager found several errors I had made in filling out the paperwork (missed by the other branch), which were politely pointed out to me so I could make the corrections. The transaction was successfully completed in a timely manner.

If new to the country, stay away from Wells Fargo. They are terrible liers. After managing a secure card for over 1.5 years impeccably, they have not upgraded me to a regular credit card. They always give me petty and different reasons. This time they said I need to be a permanent resident while other banks have already offered me after looking at my records. I have one from Discover already and will add one more and ditch Wells Fargo for good.
