Michelle is RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL,DONT MIND PUSHING FOLKS TO THE SIDE TO HELP HER KIND. I was doing 2 transactions I got done with one transaction and she comes over and take the next lady didn’t even say excuse me or NOTHING, I was reloaded my card for the 2nd transaction and by that time she got done helping the lady behind me and walked away. Walgreens need to fire her she’s no SUITE FOR A MANAGER POSITION. Corporate will hear about this and will DEFINITELY BE CONSEQUENCE .
NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE. YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF GOING TO CVS FOR CHEAPER ITEMS AND PRESCRIPTIONS. AT LEAST CVS GIVE OUT COUPONS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE .

Pay attention to the other reviews. Literally the worst. Canceled multiple times after scheduling vaccine appointment after rescheduling to the day they suggested!! Literally no one knows what’s going on here, no one is in charge, I wouldn’t trust them to fill a prescription for a goldfish

Love Walgreens in Olney. Lori is a trusted pharmacist I've used for many years for myself and my family. The store staff are always very friendly and I never have to wait in long lines like at other local drug stores. Really like their app. I always know the status of any prescriptions.

I called to check on a prescription and dealt with Judith. She talked low and fast and I couldn't understand her. When I asked her to speak up she got EXTREMELY rude even yelling at me and accusing me of being rude. I have done business with Walgreens all over the country and I have NEVER had someone treat me as badly as the employees at this store. We're all just trying to get by why be so degrading and rude to the customers?

My flu shot was administered incorrectly into my deltoid, did not use proper technique, by the cashier with limited to no vaccine knowledge. He had to ask what is a "quadrivalent" and had to ask the pharmacist for the manufacturer.Go to an urgent care. Avoid. or at least make sure the person who is giving you the vaccine is certified, knowledgeable and capable.

The pharmacy is amateur hour! Went to get COVID shots, long line of elderly folks being kept waiting, no status update. Lori was very rude on the phone and has a severe attitude problem (including cutting me off when she didn't know the answer and ending the conversation with an "m-hm", as if I had bothered her by confirming information about my appointment), but had no problem being chatty with customers in line and asking personal questions. If you don't know how to serve customers professionally and with curtesy, don't be in customer service! I was finally seen 40 minutes after my appointment time. They got my address incorrect on forms, asked me three times for the spelling of my first name (it's a five letter name, but these look like the kinds of folks pushed through by our great public education system, despite rudimentary reading, writing and reasoning skills). Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!

Small, cramped store with not a huge stock of inventory. Prices for shirts were labeled 2 for $12 but rung up $9 each. I pointed the sign to the cashier but she didn't care. I asked an employee for assistance with a product and she said "I have no idea" and then walked away. Teenagers. When I worked retail as a teenager, I cared way too much about customers and customer service. I wanted to do a great job. Not so much here. I also picked up some items in an order I placed online the day before and some items were cold items (meant to be kept in a freezer until pickup), the boxes of ice cream were kept behind the counter in a stapled brown bag and all the ice cream bars had melted into their plastic sleeves and the corner of the box was wet. This is just common sense. Who leaves freezer items out for customers? I've ordered other freezer items at other stores and they always keep them in a separate refrigerated/frozen area until pickup.

This Walgreens has very good pharmacists. They are very knowledgeable and very nice. Store itself seems clean and well stocked. I go out of my way to go to this Walgreens.

the guy basically tried to accuse me of stealing. Before I even took everything out of my bad he goes “you know you have to pay for that?” HOW DARE HE. I got extremely uncomfortable so I just put the Walgreens bag back along with all the items that were still in the bag. It was a store manager. I felt embarrassed and so uneasy. Walgreens, you have officially lost. A loyal customer.

I’m so incredibly disappointed with this Walgreens - customer service is horrible as well as the manager. I wish I got his name but he has no sympathy for those who are disabled and he is INCREDIBLY rude. Do better Olney Walgreens!

Judith, the pharmacist here, is so incredibly helpful. When she was off, another pharmacist had to call her to walk through processing my prescription (it was not a routine refill) and she quickly walked them through the process. She’s always so gracious with her time when they are super busy, I really appreciate her help and will continue using this pharmacy because she’s so great at her job!

Worst experience ever!! Clerks both at the cash register and pharmacy have a nasty attitude. I don’t know why you would hire people who do not want to serve their clients. Worst Walgreens ever! Stay away!!
