I unfortunately have to leave a 1 star review .
I exchanged a phone and had questions about trade in value they gave me and promotion credit and restocking fee . I was told to call Mirza the manager who had told me although he had Samsung s24 ultra that the s22 ultra was so much better ...so I believed him..after researching I found out the S24 Ultra was much better! I believe Mirza wanted to get rid of the old inventory .I called first thing Monday morning and Mike answered was extremely rude ..saying he has no experience to exchange the phone and would mess up my account !!
.I waited until afternoon to exchange ...they overcharged my credit card on restocking fee and now I have called numerous times ..they don't pick up the phone or return my calls ..My recommendation is to go to another Verizon store wit goid customer service

I recently visited the Verizon store in Olney, MD, and had the pleasure of being assisted by Mike. His customer service was exceptional! Mike was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the right plan and phone. He patiently answered all my questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Mike for any of your Verizon needs. Five stars all the way!

Mike at the Olney Verizon store on Spartan Road was amazing! He was extremely helpful to me and everyone that came in including a very distressed elderly woman who had accidentally deleted her contacts. He guided me through both IPhone and IPad upgrades. Would highly recommend Mike!

I highly recommend this store. Mike was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the Google Pixel phone I decided to purchase and took the time to copy everything from my old phone to the new one. He also helped me with improving my Verizon account management and pairing new earbuds I purchased. Very customer-service oriented as well as patient!
