I was upgrading to a new phone. It was beyond simple!! They walked me thru the whole thing, answered questions and I left with a fully functional new phone. 3 weeks later I'm still loving it.

Received Verizon text on 3/28 in am that my monthly service was not renewed. I tried to get online but system wouldn’t let me log in. I drove to the Olney Verizon store at 11 am and the store assistant took charge and within 15 minutes my monthly loyalty program Verizon service was up and running. Really appreciated the person who waited on me in a courteous and professional manner. Thankful we still have a store with employees to talk to.

Today I visited the Olney store abd met with Ahsan. He was very helpful and patient. I'm a senior citizen and don't always understand how to solve problems with my phone. I rely on people like Ahsan to explain how to solve ant issues. Hes the 1st person at this store who took the time to help me without making me feel incompetent.

First and foremost, please look at the previous review with a grain of salt. I realize that there is always going to be at least one negative review for ANY company that you deal with. Having said that, I've learned to focus more on the majority of reviews and if they happen to be negative as well, then you have your answer. However, if the majority are positive, then you also have your answer. And, this will be yet another positive review from me for this store. This is my third time purchasing a phone from this location within the last 2 years (1 for my stepson as a graduation gift, one for me as an upgrade and now my daughter). On Saturday, I took my daughter in for an upgrade after convincing her to drive down from the White Marsh/Perry Hall area because of the outstanding customer service I've received there the previous two times. Needless to say, once again, they did not disappoint. We had the privilege of working with Chris and things could not have gone any more smoothly. When I tell you that we were in and out in about an hour, I'm not exaggerating. This included helping my daughter decide on which iPhone would better suit her needs, the transferring of all of her data and apps, and the processing of the paperwork. Chris also took the time to explain the promotions which ultimately saved us approximately $700. He made sure that we knew their return policy and even told my daughter to keep her old phone (which she was trading in) for a week so that she could make 100% sure that all of her videos had transferred over and then she could bring it back. Chris was very professional and down to earth. It was crystal clear that he knew what he was doing and I expected nothing less which is why I am a repeat customer. So, thank you, Chris for EVERYTHING! My daughter is absolutely thrilled with her upgrade. Until the next upgrade...

I was in on Saturday for phone upgrade and other account changes. I had the pleasure of working with Chris and can say that I've never received better service. Chris was professional, informative, and personable. I feel that Chris went above and beyond excellent service, by making sure all of my asks were met, informing me of alternatives and making the whole experience fun at the same time! Chris made sure I was fully aware of all price points, one time charges that would appear on the next invoice and all policy surrounding returns. My experience was excellent, thank you Verizon and thank you Chris!

DO NOT USE THIS STOREMy first step when shopping for a phone is to always make sure you're dealing with a corporate store. The sales woman lied right to my face and said yes, at this location.This is a 3rd party store with no relation to Verizon other than their misrepresentations. Their name is actually Cellular Sales of Maryland LLC.Unfortunately the phones I bought my family as gifts needed to be returned. The store initially attempted to charge a $50 per phone restocking fee, which they attempted to increase to $250 per phone since the original packaging was not available. They would not relent and insisted I would have to pay.My issue was quickly resolved upon contacting the corporate store on Perry Parkway in Gaithersburg. A UPS return label was issued, and the phones were returned for a full refund.Not only did the first salesperson blatenly lie regarding the store's status as a corporate location, but the second salesperson never once offered to assist or even acknowledge that this simple return method was available. Instead, he took/pretended to take calls with his supervisor behind closed doors just to walk out and stonewall me, insisting I would have to pay $750 to return 3 phones. He refused to reactivate my old phone. I fear for the customer who will fall for a fraud like this in the future.When I called back to get a copy of my receipt for my records, I asked why this method had not been offered. The salesman responded that "Well, I wasn't really his customer." As if that matters, at all.Bottom line, this place is a chop shop for bottom feeding scumbags to sell phones with a lack of professionalism and integrity usually reserved for used car dealers.Stay away. Go to the corporate store in Gaithersburg.

Switched from another carrier, Angie made it such a seamless experience! So friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.It was really busy and she was able to manage multiple people at once without causing any delays.

I came in to upgrade my phone and dealt with Chris. He was remarkable and explained everything to me that will be happening with my bill and with my new phone. I'll be back when my wife gets back from vacating so we can get a phone for her too!! This store was great and so was he!!
