Poor Service!1) Be aware that Sunbird’s quote is for their BASIC service, which does NOT include shampooing and stain removal. Yet they promise both shampooing and stain removal when giving you the quote. Then on the day of the service you realize you have to pay 50% more for what you thought was included.2) The technician told me the carpet would be dry after 6–7 hours. However the carpet is still wet after 2 days.3) Several stains were not removed and are still very visible on the carpet.Conclusion: Sunbird’s service is NOT recommended.

We had a great experience with this company. The customer service over the phone was excellent and our technician was on time, kind, responsive, efficient, and did a fantastic job.
