Excellent customer service. I called and talked with Francisco and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I asked a bunch of questions over the phone and he was able to help me with each one. When I got in the store I met with him in person as he showed me all of the different options available to me. Again I had several questions and he was professional throughout the whole experience. Francisco made what seems like a long chore at other stores a simple and quick process. I will definitely use Francisco and this store as a recourse in the future

I was tasked to order specific paint from my hubby and to go to Sherwin Williams. I was in Olney visiting my parents and stopped by the store. Saul the store manager was AMAZING, helpful and kind! I literally was clueless and he made it so easy! The young lady who was working was also very kind. The store was clean and tidy and it was a great experience! Keep up the good work!

I had a very nice experience with this store recently. I was in search of wallpaper, and Saul, the Store Manager, was very helpful in lending me books with samples to look at. My husband and I picked one and ordered it, only to find out that another print we had found online from another store that we really loved was now in stock. Saul and his colleague were nothing but gracious in assisting me to return the wallpaper we ordered from the store, and I only had to pay the cost of the return shipping (a much better policy than most wallpaper purchased online.) While we didn't end up getting wallpaper from them this time, we will definitely be back for any of our future painting or wallpapering needs. They were so pleasant and helpful!

I know when you think of Sherwin Williams, you think about paint. But I'd submit that as there isn't a hardware store in Olney- this SW store is super convenient if you need certain home improvement supplies. They can quickly and affordably outfit you with paint, spackle, brushes, tape, sanding, and caulk equipment. I had some minor patchwork to take care of this weekend- and it was so easy to grab a handful of supplies locally and knock it out. I received excellent customer service at the store to boot! Thanks!
