I was so impressed with this store and it’s staff, that I had to write this review as soon as I got home. Dave who helped us today went above and beyond in his customer service! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took time to teach and instruct my Young friend who needed help with her electric guitar strings. He had her test everything before we left and even stayed after the store was supposed to be closed to help us with everything we needed. Highly recommend!!! They’re awesome!

My first experience with this store was an attempt to have my flute repaired. Got a call today that the repairs are done, you can pick it up. I go to the store only to discover that the flute is not repaired. There is a note that says, “ declined repairs”. So I ask, why is that? The answer is , “I don’t know “. It was a simple pad replacement. The store guy said, “ they must have called you….” No, they did not. Two weeks down, and now nothing.He asked what he could do. I said , “nothing, I need to find a place that will repair my flute. “Good luck dealing with this store. I won’t go back.
