I went in for regular lab work. The staff are nice, kind, and professional, but the user experience with Labcorp’s supposed “quick checkin” is not quick at all aver all around horrible. Every time the past year it hasn’t worked. What use is the tech if it does not accomplish what it’s advertised to do?

Went into LabCorp today and phlebotomist, Talile,was very rude and unprofessional. I tried asking question and she flat out ignored me only answering once repeated. She could definitely improve communication skills. Patient should not feel as though we've done something wrong simply by coming to lab.

Literally the best labcorp location I've been to. I've been to many, but this location has friendly staff, easy to use kiosks, and as long as you show up before they close, you will be seen. That's so helpful when you couldn't make an appointment.

Great service for me. I usually have an issue with my blood withdrawal but this place has great technicians. 2 thumbs up

Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. Difficult to understand. You are pretty much dismissed if you ask a question. Both receptionists/techs were wearing masks not covering anything (not that I find them necessary but if you are going to wear one, do it correctly!) Lastly, my arm is black and blue. I get blood drawn every three months and this never happens.

checked in on kiosk, kiosk says i will get a text when im ready to be called back. never got a text. came back an hour later and waited forever for someone to come to the front desk. lady said i was called numerous times, informed that kiosk said i would get a text and never got one. as the lady is giving me my lab orders, other front desk lady comes up to the front and is saying "i did! i did" at the lady who is helping me and rolling her eyes , obviously talking about calling me back and making it obvious that she is talking about me, but said nothing to me or looked at me. shady and weird. makes the office look bad for sure. professionalism is key. :)

More than 2 weeks ago I needed routine bloodwork and I was closest to the Olney operation. The reception area was large, clean, and mostly empty. A few Express check in machines were in one area, so I attempted to use one. I use a cane because of a crooked back and found them inaccessible. No table or chair to organize/juggle materials. Driver's license, insurance, order. In any event it failed scanning my DL, so I went over to the customer service booth where one person behind the counter with poor English skills motioned me to use the Express station. I explained that I had a problem and asked for assistance. They instructed me to take a seat, Time passed by. I went to the customer booth when another person showed up back stage. Eventually, Laurel and Hardy took my materials and went to the same failed Express machine and when a scan failed for them entered relevant information manually. I was summoned by the marginal English speaker (who turned out to be the phlebotomist) back to have my blood drawn. She did a good job with a first time draw. On leaving I asked and was told to expect results in 2-3 days. A week later nothing. Called the Olney office. Nobody picks up the phone. "Please leave a message and we will call you back." Repeated the process 3 times over two weeks. Still no pick up or response. Still no results. I suspect the staff who manually entered my details got something wrong so that the results are not associated with my account. But there is no way to fix it and they are unresponsive. Things to fix? Staff attitude, Accessible-friendly check in.

"Medical staff should maintain professional ethics, respect..." That's a direct quote from another reviewer here who complained about a certain lab tech at the Olney, MD location. I have a feeling the subject of his complaint may be a woman called CHENESE who was very rude and aggressive towards me today. When I asked her to be civil, instead of apologizing, she raised her voice at me, and argued. Her voice is loud. It's loud because she likes to intimidate patients by shouting them down.Then it became clear that she slow-walked my 12:00pm appointment so that I finally had to ask someone else at the check-in to check my appointment status. At that point I was seen immediately for my blood draw - although it was 12:30pm by then. From this it's safe to conclude that Chenese is also spiteful.I appreciate the manager's help in rescuing my appointment from wherever Chenese had apparently dumped it.It's my opinion that Chenese shouldn't be working with the public. And as a senior citizen who gets frequent blood work, I found it traumatic to encounter someone like her.

Absolutely terrible!! they lost two of my mothers specimens and 2 orders from the doctor, I left them 4 messages all unanswered!!! meanwhile she's had a UTI for two weeks. Quest will be our new lab and pray they are better than this awful lab!

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this Labcorp location. They give false positives on urine tests. They could’ve gotten me into some very serious trouble had I not double tested my urine the next day at an entirely different company (did not want to go to another labcorp location either!) At first I balled out laughing at the audacity of it all when my doctor called with the results because my urine test came out positive for a very very very dangerous drug but now I’m just super pissed! I can’t believe Labcorp is getting away with this level of incompetence!!
