Wow. just. WOW. Anne did a magic number for our wedding. I can't recommend her enough. We gave her basically zero direction and just showed her a couple of bouquets that we liked with someone else and voila! She created such beauty that we were blown away! All our guests also complimented the centerpieces as well as the florals for the arch. Don't think twice and go with Anne right now. You won't be disappointed :)

It's quite a large location with a lot to offer. They have an outdoor section to the right and the Christmas or seasonal items to the left. When you are on the left side, you will see a door that leads to the greenhouse. A good variety of plants, succulents, trees, indoor pots, etc. you can really take your time here. The value is on the higher end if you do end up purchasing here, but at least they have the variety so you're not just looking at a handful of species. You can really just take your time choosing what works best for you. It also helps that a huge brewery is across the street. You can hit two birds with one stone.

Johnson’s, and specifically Anne Factor, were the florists for my wedding and they were beyond amazing! The flowers for my chuppah were stunning and the table arrangements and bouquets were absolutely gorgeous. Anne was patient, kind and so easy to work with. She ensured that my vision was brought to life - she exceed my expectations in every way! I can’t say enough about Anne and the Johnson’s florist. I will never use anyone else!

I bought a Proven Winners black chokeberry at a deep discount. When I got home I looked it up on the PW website and discovered it's a sterile hybrid -- it won't produce nectar or berries. This fact was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase, and it's not mentioned on the information card on the plant. I called about returning it and was told there are no returns on discounted items. I said they should make an exception in this case since they sold me a sterile hybrid without telling me. They refused. The manager wouldn't even come to the phone. I told them they just lost a customer. I will never shop there again and neither should you.

I happened to be passing by and saw a beautiful flowerpot in front of the store, so I went in. The store was well organized, and I thought it was a good environment to choose plants with peace of mind.
I especially noticed the lemon tree, and I could see that it was taking good care of itself as it was sprouting beautiful new buds. ☺️

I can’t say enough good things about Johnson’s- especially about Anne, who worked with me to plan the florals for my wedding. She was genuinely so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the most for my money. I was on a budget, but she worked with me to create stunning bouquets and decor. I could not recommend her enough for your wedding!

Not one staff member approached us or asked if we needed help. They weren't even busy on the day we shopped there. It was also difficult to identify the different plants and find what we were looking for.

Very expensive propane refill. Made a mistake of getting propane without asking the price first - $8/gallon (paid $30 for 12.5 lbs of propane). I should've asked first. Paid ~x2 more than typical. I was too lazy to drive a few more miles to Olney (Fletcher's) where I usually get my propane. Not going back for sure.

Customer service is terrible !The first person I spoke with regarding my order a few days ago was pleasantEveryone after not so much!I always welcome people with a Good attitude even in frustration as I know how customer service isBut from the beginning Karen’s tone was off and she just seemed very irritable when I just wanted clarification on why my purchase wasn’t delivered when requested and stated.There was so much well I don’t know this or thatWhich is ok sometimes but I’m just a concerned customer I did not start off hostile or irritated but it all changed once Karen and Robin wanted to get rude and even hang up the phone on me when they still could not answer basic questions

Not the cheapest place but has a huge selection of flowers and plants. They also guarantee some of these for 2 years. The employees are very helpful and friendly

Ordered a topiary for a funeral arrangement so that the family could take home and plant. Order was never sent! That was extremely embarrassing for me and rude on thier part. I called at end of funeral to find out what happened and my order ticket was still sitting there. They told me they tried calling 5 times and I never answered. NOT TRUE! They called once and I returned call immediately! We discussed a substitution and I approved it, with specific request that the azalea be a bright color.Had to have it delivered to family members home AFTER THE FUNERAL, and it showed up white! Very upset! ?

I went to Johnson’s to refill 2 propane tanks. I’ve refilled propane all over the country the past 6 months and have never, not once, seen per gallon prices over $5. Meanwhile, the price that Johnson’s charged and has apparently been charging ever since Covid began is a whopping $8/gal. I called 2 other nearby stores that also refill propane tanks and found prices in $3-$4 range, one place with literally less than half the price of Johnson’s. Needless to say, very disappointed with my first ever visit to this store.
